I purchased this vehicle 12 years ago as a class project for my students, and we disassembled a very completely preserved Nash. The school closed in 2006, and the Nash has been in dry storage ever since. Originally from Garland, Texas, the car was upgraded to a Custom in the mid-50s, and used only as a long-distance vacation vehicle. It was parked under a car port in 1971, and last ran in 1974. It was completely original. During the class disassembly some floor board rust was found, but the boxes are strong, the seams are very straight, and it appears this Nash has never been in an accident. Rust through on the hood from a deteriorated battery. Missing: The rear window glass, Custom script for the front fenders, and Custom 2-door interior panels (have the Super door panels). The car still has it's original rubber tires, three still hold air, the forth only briefly. Every item from the original car is included, and all of the rubber items (except tires, window rubber, and door sill rubber), are in good condition. The car has one repaint (metallic Surf Green over Surf Green.) The original upholstery was recovered, but the original still exist underneath. Everything on this car needs restoring. Includes a new PPG windshield, new brake master cylinders, NOS electric locking gas cap, NOS radio, NOS Fox Craft fender skirts, newly sealed gas tank, front inner fender panel, spotlight w/mirror, and all of the rare Brougham-only parts. I have the 1950 owners manual, ads, accessory catalogue, 1950 service manual, with a clean xerox copy, and follow-up dealer service letters for several years! It was designed by California Custom Coach in Pasadena. The one prototype and five production cars that were assembled were built by cutting two cars in half which, when mated together, extended the wheelbase of the vehicle by 30 inches. Because of the economic climate of the time and the fact that a base-model Corvette sold for around $13,000, the $35,000 price tag of the four-door was deemed unaffordable. Only five production cars were built, each one custom designed for the buyer.Because of the customized doors, there is no provision for exterior door latches. Opening the door was achieved by punching in a code on the keypad on the driver-side windshield by the A-pillar. All the door latches operated electronically. Also, the rear window opens hatchback-style, an idea that would make it to production, although not for another two years, in the '82 Corvette. This is believed to be one of the only surviving four-door production Corvette in existence. The others were destroyed in accidents and by neglect.

The car was recently finished from a nice but not rotisserie scale restoration. Built to be a nice, great looking weekend cruiser with get up and go. The roller 302 V8 is very healthy. It has a great rumble to it, nice mild cam and great sounding exhaust system. Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold. Holley 650cfm carburetor, aluminum radiator and aluminum catch reservoir. Polished aluminum valve covers, serpentine belt set up and later model P/S pump. A short throw shifter has been added to the T-5 transmission. Power Steering and 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes! This car stops on a dime! The exterior is a fantastic and super eye catching. We’ve nicknamed the car “Storm Trooper” and we think the name fits. We’ve looked this car over from top to bottom and have not seen any rust issues. Very solid, very nice. The body panels appear to be original Ford sheet metal, no reproduction parts aside from the Shelby R Model front apron and the Shelby style side scoops. This is not a show car, however from very close, it’s as nice as any Restomod Mustang Coupe out there. It was built to drive and enjoy and was never built to be a show car. The car was just recently finished and probably has less than a thousand miles on it since completion. Take a look at the photos and make your own judgments on it. The car was mildly restored around 10 years ago by the previous owner to be a nice weekend cruiser with get up and go. The 351 Windsor V8 is very healthy. It has a great rumble to it, nice cam and exhaust system. Rare Ford 4 barrel aluminum intake manifold. Holley carburetor, polished aluminum radiator and a pusher electric fan have been added. A B&M shifter has been added, however it’s just a lock out transmission shifter, not a reverse valve body. It can be put in Drive and left to just drive around like the stock shifter. It was in the car when we bought it. The exterior is a fantastic and super eye catching color. I have been calling it Electric Blue Metallic. It is a Bright Blue in the sun, in the shade it has a hint of Purple to it, but not an obnoxious Bright Purple. More of just a hint to it. Having said that, there are some flaws close up such as some bubbling above the drivers side drip rail. This is not a show car, however from 10 feet away its as nice as any Mustang out there. It was built some time ago and was never built to be a show car. Take a look at the photos and make your own judgments on it. If you need additional photos, please feel free to ask. The interior is in nice shape. The seats are comfortable, it has a full set of seat belts. The stereo turns on, but doesn’t put out sound. I haven’t looked into it. I like the sound of the car more. Proud to offer an awesome 1969 VW Baja Beetle. Baja Bugs became popular in the 1960s as an affordable way to go off-road. Beetles offered a lightweight platform to modify and turn into off road machines. Common modifications include cutting or replacing fenders to allow for more ground clearance. Typically engines were modified, usually adding dual port heads. Suspension modifications often included longer travel shocks to cope with rough terrain. This particular Baja Bug has been restored. Fiberglass fenders have been added for the "cut" look which also offers better ground clearance. Open the door and you'll find a beautifully finished interior.
