The body is straight and presents well having been repainted at some point in its history. Paint exhibits minor nicks and scratches typical with age but is in great condition. Porsche started galvanizing the frame and body parts or 911's in 1976 so rust is not an issue on these cars or this car in particular. This 911s came equipped from the factory with front air dam, Fuchs wheels and a sunroof. All are in excellent condition. The rear spoiler was added after the fact but sets the car off nicely. The black leather interior is in great shape. The dash shows no cracks or damage. The carpet appears to be new and the leather upholstery looks to be original. The driver's seat does show some separation on the driver's side seat bolster. The headliner is also in great shape. All window and door controls work properly. The electric sunroof extends and retracts as it should. All gauges work properly as do all dash controls. This 911s is blessed to still have its original 2687cc/150hp 2.7litre Bosch FI engine. The restoration of this truck was one man's labor of love and it shows in every detail on the truck. While not a complete rotisserie restoration it nonetheless is excellent. From the carefully preserved factory inspection numbers in the engine bay to the beautiful wood floor panels in the truck bed, this truck is a pleasure to see and drive. The yellow & white exterior paint is absolutely beautiful with laser straight body panels. The original body gap fit is superb as well. The chrome front and rear bumpers are in excellent shape and are original. The entire front aluminum grill has no dents, dings or imperfections. The interior is original to the truck but the carpet is new OEM and looks great. The door sills are crisp and tidy, all the door wells and door jams are also clean and in original shape. The truck has never been smoked in and the cigarette lighter has never been used. The glove box couldn't be in any better condition. Everything works as it should. Underside is excellent with no signs of corrosion on any of the fenders, bed or rocker panels. The cab bottom appears original and in great condition and was not restored. Upon inspection one of the cab supports does show signs of rust at one time but appears to have been cleaned up but not welded as seen in the pictures. Once you open the hood you will see the 292 I-6 engine combined with a three speed manual transmission which runs perfect and shifts smoothly between all the gears. The engine bay was professionally detailed and brought back to original factory condition while preserving the factory markings. The perimeter around the motor was also detailed and restored to the correct flat black factory paint; it looks as if it just left the factory. Clean, straight, well maintained examples like this are impossible to find. With 1972 examples reaching incredible prices at the 2016 Barrett Jackson, Scottsdale auction, this truck represents an outstanding investment as well. Most Stepsides were treated harshly and destroyed having been sold primarily to utility companies, government entities, and businesses who used the step side feature. A 4X4 Chevy Cheyenne stepside with 4 speed manual, in near perfect condition is a very rare vehicle indeed. Pampered its entire life this truck has been stored inside when not in use. In the mid 90's the trucks second owner treated it to a full restoration and a new stroked 383 motor. After the restoration the new owner used it primarily in parades and car shows. It participated in the local 4th of July parade every year. Amazingly the truck has only logged 15K miles since its restoration 20 years ago. This incredible 1964 Triumph TR-4 was bought new at University Triumph WA in June of 1964. It was adored and lovingly cared for more than 50 years by William Weiss until he sadly died in late 2014 During that half a century of loving ownership William put only 68,000 original miles on the car. Other than driving to and from shipping trucks ALL of the original 68,000 miles have been put on this car by William. As you would expect …. This TR4 was Garage kept and meticulously maintained. William's wife struggled with what to do with the car and decided to put it up for sale. She realized that William would have wanted it to be lovingly owned by a new a family who would take care of it and appreciate it. She sold the car to a local dealer (Brad Hallock) who recognized how special this car truly was in February 2015. Blacksmith Garage purchased the car from him in September 2015 to adorn our showroom since then. It is now time to find it a good home and tell its great story in accordance with William's wishes. The car comes with amazing documentation and maintenance records since new as well as a letter from the previous owner's wife certifying the cars original miles. Though obviously loved this TR-4 was definitely driven by William. The car was driven on family trips and to work on good days. William's wife confirmed that the car was never raced although during the first 6 years of its life, William did attend various SCCA races as a spectator where he displayed the car. Photos and Receipts document the build out on this amazing Jeep. Under the hood is a Novak 5.3L LS engine conversion utilizing a 23k mile, 2007 fuel-injected GM 5.3L LS engine. This conversion gives this Scrambler true seat of the pants modern performance. Well executed, the engine bay is clean and tidy with a fresh black painted firewall and all wiring in order. The entire drivetrain from radiator to rear axle is new and was installed less than 1000 miles ago. The install included a new AX-15 5-speed manual transmission (regarded as the best five-speed transmission ever installed into a Jeep) new clutch, motor mounts, wiring harness, ECM computer, aluminum radiator, bell housing as well as new drive accessories on the front of the motor for reliability. The Scrambler chassis is straight, rust-free and includes a new limited-slip Dana 44 rear axle installed to handle the modern V8. The factory front axle was completely rebuilt, with a new steering box and ball joints added to insure tightness. This Jeep is also equipped with a Dana 300 four wheel drive transfer case with dual selectors allowing the driver to shift front and rear axles independently and into low and high ranges. New disc brakes were installed and use full-size Ford SUV pads and rotors for easy sourcing. Both axles received 4.10 gear ratios on new carriers. A 4? Skyjacker Softride leaf spring kit and Skyjacker shocks were installed, while chrome wheels and fresh BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain T/A tires enhance the trucks look. Locking hubs on the front axles help reduce driveline wear when in 2WD. Over $12,000 was invested in the powertrain alone. The factory-style interior presents a polished utilitarian look with black metal dash, and painted surfaces. All rubber components were replaced and present nicely. Doors were disassembled and painted, then rebuilt with new latches and rubber. These were new special order heavy-duty pickups made with contractors and camping enthusiasts in mind. The trucks rode on a longer-wheelbase chassis but were the same overall length as an F-100 or F-250 pickup. Ordering the Camper Special package on an F-350 SRW made it a Super Camper Special which was designed for the much heavier slide-in campers coming on the market at that time. Only 800-850 of these Super Camper trucks were produced by ford from 1973-74 and very few in this condition are left on the road. today. This particular truck has spent most of its life in dry arid Arizona as evidenced by its solid floors, panels and fenders. Painted in a stunning red with chrome bed rail covers and custom wheels this truck stands out everywhere it goes whether it’s your local car show, or a camping outing. This F350 SWR is powered by a powerful Ford 390 2V engine. The motor was recently overhauled and has all new gaskets & seals. The carburetor was also rebuilt and battery is also new. The jeeps original owner passed away and the jeep was used sparingly over the years owing to its low 49,000 miles In 2010 the wife of the original owner decided that it needed paint and spared no expense having it painted the original color and to original specifications. The interior is immaculate! It is mechanically sound, totally stock, runs well, shifts well, and is road ready.
