It has the Vortec 5.3L gasoline motor with 4 speed automatic transmission and is loaded with all options, air cruise, power windows and locks, tinted windows, cd player, new tonneau cover, all manuals, see photo of original window sticker for all additional information included with this truck. It has 4 brand new Michelin LTX M/S tires and custom molded hard rubber floor mats all of the way around. The inside bed is also in excellent condition. This truck runs and operates perfect, no hidden issues. Everything works as it should. There is one small ding in the metal over the right tire at the wheel well, see photos. It is hardly noticeable, no other damage noted. I know the previous original owner who bought the truck new, he is my next door neighbor and is about 68 years old. I have seen this truck since he bought it new. I was happy to purchase it from him when he bought a new 2014 Chevy 1500 truck. Want a car that gets thumbs up at most every corner? Look no further. This is a dry CA car I bought from the original owner. There's no rust I can see (inspection invited!), wheel wells are perfect...nose has never been hit. I owned one just like this in 1974...same color. I have enjoyed it immensely over the past 7 years or so and am super sad to see it go. Every time I drive it, people ask me about it. This car looks new from the outside...great paint and chrome. It won an award at one car show, though I don't show it. The purest will want to fix a lot of little things on this car to make it a consistent show winner. The Ghia lover (that's me) will just want to drive it - anywhere! It's currently at the Big Bear City Airport, covered. I fly my plane there and use the Ghia to drive to my cabin. Things I've done since I bought her... * New engine * New tires * New battery * New front seats (reproduced originals) * New brakes * New carburetor * New hoses * New dashboard (had the classic Ghia cracks) * On and on Things I know of that aren't "show-room new" (inspection mandatory...I might be missing something): * Dash panel - Hairline crack * Car was originally green; repaint looks fantastic...purist will want to touch up a few subtle / hidden areas * Battery pan - Previous owner told me battery exploded and the acid made a few small holes * Top - Looks good from a distance; up close, there's a very small hole and the headliner is stained (appears to be original)...works great but a purist will want to replace * Door Lock - One side doesn't work * Clock inoperative, but original * Replaced original Blaupunkt with Retrosound and great speakers; currently Retrosound is not working. Car comes with original Blaupunkt, which was working when I removed it * I'm told wheels are "period correct" Dan Guerney's; the chrome is perfect - like new; one cap has a dent in it * Original shifter was replaced (Hurst?) with a billiard ball shifter All in all, this car has the makings of a show winner...but needs a little TLC on just the small details. I drove it as is, and loved every minute.

GREAT body fit ...A Great Unrestored car that has NOT been screwed with The door jams as well as under truck & hood still have the Original Paint. The top frame is great. The convertible top should be replaced which is CHEAP on ebay. This car is driven often day or night. I just took this on a 300 mile trip ...and it ran great. I would not be afraid to drive it on another LONG trip and leave today. I notice a small leak of tranny fluid , BUT I am running 30w oil because the MG forums claims that is best for smooth shifting. 80W gear oil may not leak at all, But then the forums says your trans needs to be warm prior to smooth shifting.
