This has a buyback title, but the Title I have does not show any defects. This Buyback was for the 35 dual turbo series for 2008-2010. They had major issues with the fuel pump. BMW had, in 2008-2009, a major problems with their HPFP. They did not re-engineer it until 2010. So they kept putting the same type defective fuel pump in the cars. (do some research on this). BMW replaced the fuel pump with a 120,000 10 year fuel pump which solved the issue. Their ended up being a recall for this and it has been taken care of. The customer that owned this car got BMW to buy it back. The car has over 300hp and over 300ftlbs torque. Never been smoked in. Angel Eyes - HID Leather - no flaws Daily Driver - Runs great - 0-60 in around 5.4 seconds. Title in hand The Fuel pump has been replaced (Factory Recall) Paint is in good condition but may need a buff job for minor scratches. O2 sensors replaced 10k ago both Vanos relays replaced 20k ago new plugs at 90k typical tune up at 90k - plugs - cabin filter - air filter etc. I have had no known mechanical issues with it except vanos (replaced) and o2 sensors (Replaced) since I have had it. ONE ISSUE NOT TAKEN CARE OF IS THE ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHT ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS IN MALFUNCTION. REAR TIRES ARE THIN but under mileage warranty at discount tire. This car has every option sport pkg,winter pkg, luxury pkg. this car has new tires, semi new brakes, and looks really hot.this car is in very nice condition and runs and drives awesome. push button start and sport steering wheel. This is the best color combo. Ok not the small issues with the car are the airbag light is on from the passenger seat occupancy sensor which is recalled and fixed for free or I will include a bypass sensor that you can plug in to think someone is sitting there all the time. The updown button on the drivers seat is not working, and i will include a spare control that i have . And last but not least the radio unit is not working correctly but you can replace it with a touch screen aftermarket which is better. other then those things you have a great bmw.

THIS VEHICLE WAS WRECKED IN THE FRONT END. NO FRAME DAMAGE WAS INCURRED, THOUGH THE BODY SHOP REPLACED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: HOOD, HEADLIGHTS, FRONT BUMPER, FRONT CLIP WITH RADIATORS AND ONE SIDE FENDER. THERE WAS NO SUSPENSION DAMAGE. THIS CAR PASSED THE ALIGNMENT WITH NO PROBLEMS. I'M UPGRADING TO AN M6, (FINALLY FOUND ME A MANUAL TRANY M6 THAT IM CURRENTLY FIXING!) THIS VEHICLE HAS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION, WHICH IS A BIT RARE WITH THE V10 MODELS. I PERSONALLY DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SMG TRANY. I WANT TO BE IN CONTROL OF EVERY SINGLE SHIPING AND MOVE WHEN I'M DRIVING THIS CAR! The buyer will get an extra set of 4 winter wheels and tires as the summer tires are terrible in snow. Both sets of tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. The car was just at CARMAX where it was given all OKs which is the highest rating except for the bumpers. Another 2004 545i sold for $10,499 on eBay but it had 80,000 miles on it, no extra set of wheels and tires and stated it had a mechanical issue. Please feel free to ask questions.
