2010 BMW X5M, twin turbo V8 that is an absolute pleasure to drive. I bought the car nearly 3 years ago and it has been my daily driver since. I typically keep my cars a max of 1.5 years but I truly enjoy this car. I am only selling to buy a new X5M. I purchased the car as a one owner trade in at an Audi dealer with approximately 45k miles. I purchased an extended warranty at my local BMW dealership through NAC. The warranty runs to the sooner of 11/8/17 or 97k miles (currently 79k miles). The warranty is transferable to the buyer by completing some paperwork provided by the dealership where I purchased the warranty and a $100 transfer fee. I just completed the scheduled oil change and service. According to the onboard computer, no other services are due in the near term. I replaced all four tires approximately 6 months ago. The car came with an extra set of wheels that I have never used; these are included with the sale. I installed a 2 hitch for my bike rack; the bike rack is not included in the sale. I just had the front clear bra replaced with an XPEL clear bra which looks much better than the factory and carries a 10 year warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, staining and hazing. To my knowledge, the car has never been smoked in. Since I have owned the car, all the maintenance has been performed by my local BMW dealership. This car has been loved and just needs a new home. 2006 BMW 525I loaded in great condition. Runs and drives good with no issues. New tires, brakes. Has a rebuilt title form a minor front driver side collision. I had the driver headlight, fender and hood replaced by a local body shop. No airbags deployment or issues from collision. This is my daily commute. I love the vehicle but needed a larger vehicle. Purchased the BMW in 2014 with 87,000 miles. I put a lot of miles in it with no issues. Engine is strong, transmission shifts good, tires and brakes are like new (less than 7500 miles), fully synthetic oil changes at every 7,500 miles (BMW recommends 15,000 miles oil changes). Interior is in great condition with leather in great shape, radio volume button doesn't work, but there is a volume control on the steering wheel, heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel. Exterior is in good condition, some scratches and scuffs on the side of the passenger door, front bumper has a hole in it and some scratches. that is not from the accident. Accident was minor with no frame damage and no air bag deployment. It was given a salvage title due to the cost of the parts to replace and not the severity of the accident. This is an awesome ride.
