Several months ago this vehicle was involved in an accident, resulting in damage to the front of the car. As a result of this the front bumper, headlights, Radiator core support, grille and hood were replaced. There was NO damage to the engine or transmission and the vehicle Airbag SRS system is present and fully functional. The vehicle was repaired with all BMW parts and the job was performed by a professional bodyshop in the Dallas, TX area. We have not registered the vehicle yet, but for an additional fee we can change the title to a TEXAS REBUILT TITLE to bypass any additional inspections and hops you will have to jump through in your state, The vehicle currently has a Salvage Title and has been inspected in the GREAT State of Texas and passed all necessary inspections to make it roadworthy. Please check with your state DMV to see how this applies before buying. Texas buyers will have to pay Tax Title and License fees, we do not charge Tax Title and License to out of state buyers Defects: Despite the fact that this vehicle is 9 years old, there are NO check engine lights or mechanical issues, the cornering light warning lamp comes on intermittently on the dash, but that is due to the stylish custom headlights installed, it can be coded out and it does not affect the headlights functionality. Just normal wear and tear from a 9 year vehicle, maybe some normal tiny small hairline scratches and a few small unnoticeable dings maybe present, but everything functions as should. This is a smoke-free 2008 bmw 328i with the sport package. The car has 143,000 miles, but without looking at the odometer its hard to tell. Its in extremely good shape for it's year and mileage with two small dings and a few miniscule scratches that aren't noticeable unless you stare at it closely. Other than that there is just a little bit of wear and tear seen in most cars with this mileage. The sport package comes with sporting suspension calibrations tuned by BMW's M performance division, more heavily bolstered seats, wheel-performance tire upgrades, and of course paddle shifters to go along with the sport mode.
