Custom 1973 Austin Mini for sale. Aside from the driver and passenger door frames, the entire rest of the car is fibreglass (body, trunk lid, one-piece front end, wheel arches etc.). One-piece welded steel chassis/roll cage. All running gear out of a 1985 Mazda B2000 RWD pickup truck (rear axle is out of a Hyundai Pony). Odometer shows 272,771 km, but the engine was rebuilt approximately 30,000 km ago. Rear seats are gone to accommodate RWD setup. Runs and drives great. Only issue is rear axle is currently leaking. Two unopened NOS axle seals are included in sale. Taller drivers will want to swap out current seats for a lower profile bucket seat (I am 6'1" and can just manage). I feel the chassis/fibreglass body alone are worth the asking price. The fact that it runs/drives is a bonus. Plenty of options to swap in a better performing engine/drivetrain. 1976 autin Mini 1000 very rare 100% factory original never go thought any work , Canadian model with left hand drive proper for North america roads, may the the last one in North America never been worked on, including the paint job is original. It needs a complete restoretion, it runs very well , starts every year, every time, has not been on the road for 5 yrs. Driver side drive shaft drop off, bought new ones for repair (see in pictures). AS you know the floors of these cars are mostly gone rusted. but I have bought all the new floors 4years ago, was plan to restore it to original. but you know the time is limited and give up the job . So here is your chance to own it and , it have brand new tires 5 years ago 10" type this will be the newest thing on it. everything else is from 1976 . needs a battery. interior so so. body not too bad. Plus i have all the pieces for you to fix under side. have lots of pictures to see.
