Selling my mechanically perfect Blaze Orange 2005 RSX Type-S because I bought a AWD Wagon to better suit my family and commute. Biggest cosmetic issues are large tears in the upholstery of both front seats. Outside of this some minor scratching and small dings that I can send pictures of upon request. As stated everything works mechanically and is unaltered still in factory state (rare for these cars). Front two tires are 80% Michelin Pilot two rear tires are 70% Continental Extreme Contact DWS. I am selling this extremely clean 2002 Acura RSX Type-S with just at 204,000 miles on it. It's mostly highway miles. Car has been extremely well maintained, with all scheduled services done on time meticulously. I am the second owner of this car and it is adult driven. NO ACCIDENTS, with a clean Carfax. Car has all original body panels with all vin tags in tact. Recently put brand new OEM black carpet from Acura because the other carpet was showing its age. OEM black floor mats brand new as well. It has OEM side markers and OEM fog lights. Also has a short Ram intake. Recently replaced the clutch, throwout barring, pressure plate, catalytic converter, O2 sensors, radiator, & battery. Car was COMPLETELY dis-assembled in 2012 and painted championship white inside and out with dupont base and clear. Engine bay was cleaned and tucked at this time as well, moving fuse box to fender well and relocated brake lines and abs block to the inside firewall. Car has been driven probably about 1500 miles in the time since, otherwise sits in the garage. Paint is still brand new and perfect. While painting the car I replaced all the door edge trim, windshield cowl, windshield trim, rubber trim etc etc etc with all brand new honda parts because the old trim did show some signs of wear and I wanted to have brand new trim with my brand new paint. I also updated the headlights and taillights to 2005+ using OEM honda lights, bumpers harness etc. No cheap bad fitting replacement body parts or lights here!Front bumper is a VIS replica Mugen frontHood is a VIS replica Mugen hoodSide skirts are real Mugen side skirtsRear diffuser is real deal First molding Carbon Rear hatch is VIS Carbon hatch.That’s all I can think of at the moment, there may be parts on the car im forgetting about as I have owned it and been doing things to it for the last 12 years. Never raced. Rust free. THIS ENGINE IS BIGGER THAN THE STOCK RSX MOTOR!!!!!!!!!!!! 2004 Acura Rsx type-s that been extremely well taken care of always garaged, and adult owned. Everything on car has been completely redone. The only thing that has not been replaced are alternator and radiator. Car has original 87,050 miles on it. The new K24 engine and turbo only has about 50 miles on it. The exterior and interior are in mint condition. This is my baby, and I have over 50 grand invested in this vehicle and I’m sad to see it go. I’m selling because I have too many toys and have a family now. Everything on car works as it should nothing damaged or broken. All fluids have been flushed within the last month. It has new wheels and tires that only have about 50 miles on them. The car is running a KPRO engine management system tuned by Clint Baird at Dinosaur Performance in Fort Worth. Stan Sumirat (owner) at Fast Turbo in Haslet built my engine and re-built my transmission. The tranny is an ep3 close gear ratio tranny that was done within the last 100 miles. The car is tuned for 18psi running at 460hp. Yes, I have dyno sheet. I have done lots of research, spent lots of time and money for every part I have put on the car. I have put only the best equipment on. Nothing needs to be fixed on car. A/C was just recharged last month as well as inspection and alignment. I have all receipts for car! Car has never been wrecked. I have been the 2nd owner since 2006. I have a clear title as well. Car is ready for the next owner nothing needs maintenance or fixing! I just waxed car and detailed interior. The water/air intercooler works fantastic and enables for extremely quick turbo spool and lower intake temps than air/air intercooler. I had a methanol injection kit installed it is currently removed but comes with the car. The kit is fairly new and works great.
