Just traded in to me by the second owner on a late model MDX I had for sale. They purchased it from BMW of Fort Myers as a one owner vehicle and the paperwork backs that up. AutoCheck shows 5 owners, that is incorrect as they sometimes can be. I have the proof in the paperwork! It comes equipped with the 265 hp 3.5 liter V-6, 5-speed automatic transmission, VTM-4 4-Wheel Drive system, third row seating, leather trimmed interior, power sliding glass sunroof, dual power seats w/drivers memory, heated front seats, Acura/Bose CD stereo system, front and rear automatic climate control, power windows, power locks and mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control and alloy wheels with deep tread 235/65R17 Toyo Open Country radials! What a super nice and clean Acura MDX that does everything it was designed to do and does it very well. The Redrock Pearl paint has a deep shine and color with no rust or fading and the Saddle interior is fresh, clean and comfortable with little wear. Not even smoked in and ready to enjoy right away! As stated before, each offering is checked over and inspected before selling, but you are not bidding on nor am I selling new or high priced certified pre-owned cars, so there may be parts of the vehicle that are not like new. Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear/service life and there may be the typical small chips/dings, blems and other signs of normal wear, inside and out, that you would expect on used vehicles. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be expected within 3-5 days following close of auction and remainder paid within 7-10 days. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued. Temporary plates are not provided for vehicles shipped, only ones picked up in person. All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible. Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract.
