This is the last time I am posting my car for sale on here, the price is super cheap with all the extras and new parts it comes with makes this a good buy. PLEASE read everything below so you can see what comes with this car. THANKS UPDATE!!!!! As of this morning 11/12/15, I replaced all brake pads on all sides, I replaced the front and rear rotors, and replaced the rear brake calipers and had the brake fluid flushed as well, I have the receipts for this as well. The car is in great and running condition with a lot of new parts including the list below. I have a 1993 Acura Legend LS Sedan for sale. The car has no check engine light on, no type of mechanical issues and or any type of leaks, it's mechanically in Great condition and drives smoothly, no rust anywhere on the car. The car has a lot of new parts, I just put on a brand new OEM suspension (shocks & struts) on all sides of the car, I did a full alignment, I replaced the spark plugs and just did an oil change and a transmission fluid change. I just had a new remote car starter installed that not only starts the car but locks and unlocks all four doors plus a button to open the trunk, this comes with 2 remotes, had it installed on 11/6/15. All of these services were done with in the last 30 days and I have receipts for it all The car also comes with a nice set of 18" VSR wheels that I had powder coated in candy apple red, the fronts are 8" wide and the rear are 9" wide sitting on a nice set of all season Nanking tires that have over 90% of thread. The car also has Function Form Type 1 Coilovers that were put on from the previous owner, they are in the trunk, I replaced them with OEM suspension because I don't like the look of a car lowered, but they are yours to take. The car comes with a Pioneer cd player, and 12" subs in a speaker box in the trunk, has a short ram intake under the hood and comes with HID headlights, everything is power and has heated seats, the car also has a very hard to find Strut Bar that says "Legend" on it, I got this straight from Japan. The only issue this car has is the front leather seat has a small rip and the there is a small rip on the rear seat due to the car being 22 Years old, you can see it on the last 2 pics, but other than that it needs nothing at all, other than a new owner, the car is ready to go. The few pics with the different wheels (not available) is just to show you the car was a show car and always well taken cared of, and it even was pictured as one of the advertising cars for an event held by raceway park in Englishtown, NJ. Hello Prospective Buyer! I have a 1987 Acura legend with a 2.5L V6 and an automatic transmission. It has 165'000 miles, and has been well taken care of. As you can see from the photos, the car is very clean. The only issue cosmetically is the paint on the boot lid, where the clear coat has failed. The Legend gets really good fuel economy (20 city, 28 HWY) and has never left me stranded. The Legend has a lot of new component/maintenance items already taken car of which makes the car turn-key. I have a car fax on the car right before I bought it that is available for you to look at, as well as the original owners manual, and a factory service manual. Additionally, I will include the service records for the car, which can back up all of the work that has been done to the car. The title is clean, and in hand. I am the third owner. This Acura Legend L is the nicest one I have seen since....well, probably since the early 90's! It was sold new at Beverly Hills Acura and spent it's entire life in southern California with it's original owner and pride of ownership clearly shows. This car is all original aside from a couple of fenders being refinished somewhere along the way and they have been done perfectly, also a set of brand new Michelin's and a battery, other than that, all factory original. It does show an incident on CarFax but as you can see from the photos of the engine compartment and undercarriage, the car was never hurt, just a cosmetic fender repair and the car looks absolutely fantastic, the hood still has it's original decals including emissions information. It's never had any alterations to the powertrain, it's never had any aftermarket alarms or custom stereo systems hacked into it, never had any big wheels or tires on it, it's never even had any window tint, I would say it is very nice to find one as original as this. It has current CA tags, good until FEB/16 that come with the car if you are a California resident. The car is incredibly complete including all owners books, two master keys, valet key, factory floor mats and even a service manual. The photos tell the story, please take the time to look at the nearly 100 pictures including over 30 of the spotless undercarriage which still retains all of the original 'chalk' markings on lots of the bolts and suspension equipment, even the original manufacturers coded marking on the fuel tank, what a truly remarkable find. The body of the car is excellent, very straight, paint is smooth and shiny with no fading and no major dings or dents. As to be expected there are a couple of small blemishes, I had a few chips touched up so it needs nothing, there is not even a door ding on the car. Lights and lenses are in excellent shape and all are in good working order, no cracks or weathering. Top quality Michelin tires are literally brand new at all four corners, they can't have but a few miles on them. You can always tell how well a car was cared for by the quality of the tires the owner put on the car, these are top of the line. Factory alloy wheels are all intact and in great shape and have all their center caps. Even the power antenna still works on the car! Inside you will be very impressed with the condition of the interior. There are absolutely no foul, musty or tobacco odors, it smells of fresh leather and dare I say, it almost still has that 'new car smell'. Dash, door panels and console are all immaculate as is the leather which shows very little wear and is all original. The car has a factory premium stereo with graphic equalizer, ice cold A/C, power windows, power locks, power seat, power moonroof, cruise control and full instrumentation including tachometer and temperature gauges. All appears to be in good working order aside from the cruise control which turns on but does not hold speed, usually a vacuum line is to blame, should be an easy fix if it is something you need to have. Mechanically this car is everything it should be for a top quality Acura. It starts up nice and smooth, runs quiet and does not overheat, transmission shifts nicely and the car holds the road very nicely on well balanced Michelin tires. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive and it is amazing the compliments you get at the gas station, people who know these cars literally cannot believe the condition of this vintage of car. Do not miss this opportunity to own a real classic Acura with a great one owner history from a favorable corrosion free climate. You will not find many left in this clean or original, unmodified shape nor this complete with all the books, keys and mats. This Acura Legend L is the nicest one I have seen since....well, probably since the early 90's! It was sold new at Beverly Hills Acura and spent it's entire life in southern California with it's original owner and pride of ownership clearly shows. This car is all original aside from a couple of fenders being refinished somewhere along the way and they have been done perfectly, also a set of brand new Michelin's and a battery, other than that, all factory original. It does show an incident on CarFax but as you can see from the photos of the engine compartment and undercarriage, the car was never hurt, just a cosmetic fender repair and the car looks absolutely fantastic, the hood still has it's original decals including emissions information. It's never had any alterations to the powertrain, it's never had any aftermarket alarms or custom stereo systems hacked into it, never had any big wheels or tires on it, it's never even had any window tint, I would say it is very nice to find one as original as this. It has current CA tags, good until FEB/16 that come with the car if you are a California resident. The car is incredibly complete including all owners books, two master keys, valet key, factory floor mats and even a service manual. The photos tell the story, please take the time to look at the nearly 100 pictures including over 30 of the spotless undercarriage which still retains all of the original 'chalk' markings on lots of the bolts and suspension equipment, even the original manufacturers coded marking on the fuel tank, what a truly remarkable find. The body of the car is excellent, very straight, paint is smooth and shiny with no fading and no major dings or dents. As to be expected there are a couple of small blemishes, I had a few chips touched up so it needs nothing, there is not even a door ding on the car. Lights and lenses are in excellent shape and all are in good working order, no cracks or weathering. Top quality Michelin tires are literally brand new at all four corners, they can't have but a few miles on them. You can always tell how well a car was cared for by the quality of the tires the owner put on the car, these are top of the line. Factory alloy wheels are all intact and in great shape and have all their center caps. Even the power antenna still works on the car! Inside you will be very impressed with the condition of the interior. There are absolutely no foul, musty or tobacco odors, it smells of fresh leather and dare I say, it almost still has that 'new car smell'. Dash, door panels and console are all immaculate as is the leather which shows very little wear and is all original. The car has a factory premium stereo with graphic equalizer, ice cold A/C, power windows, power locks, power seat, power moonroof, cruise control and full instrumentation including tachometer and temperature gauges. All appears to be in good working order aside from the cruise control which turns on but does not hold speed, usually a vacuum line is to blame, should be an easy fix if it is something you need to have. Mechanically this car is everything it should be for a top quality Acura. It starts up nice and smooth, runs quiet and does not overheat, transmission shifts nicely and the car holds the road very nicely on well balanced Michelin tires. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive and it is amazing the compliments you get at the gas station, people who know these cars literally cannot believe the condition of this vintage of car. Do not miss this opportunity to own a real classic Acura with a great one owner history from a favorable corrosion free climate. You will not find many left in this clean or original, unmodified shape nor this complete with all the books, keys and mats. Up for sale is 1993 Acura Legend L Sedan 4-Door 3.2L EngineMostly black on everything, new black leather seat cover, black dashboard cover, has some 3D carbon fiber vinyl sticker on exterior parts. 18" rim wheel (painted black), lost one of lug nut cover, tires are in fair condition. Back light cover with black vinyl (fairly done). Strong engine always use highest octane gasoline to keep the engine clean and nice acceleration. Cold A/C and warm heater. Interior is clean and decent condition, exterior not in original paint (fair condition). Suspension pretty soft, rear right shock is kinda weak. The transmission is OK, shifts smooth enough for this 22 years old car, but when the speed reach 70 mph, the transmission won't shift to higher gear. Still able to speed up to 90 mph with higher rpm. Overall condition in scale 1 to 10, probably 7.5+ Please examine all the vehicle pictures for its condition. For sale: is a partially restored, low mileage, accident-free, rust-free, mostly original, 1991, ACURA LEGEND, L model, 4 door sedan that I recently purchased from an individual in California on May 13th, 2015. I was told the car along with other vehicles were part of a real estate deal that he purchased ad hoc and that it had been sitting in a barn for several years due to ill health of the original owner who succumbed to his terminal illness. I was also advised that vermin had nested in the car; the engine ran temporarily on starter fluid and that the fuel pump was not working. As I am a car buff and have good hands-on knowledge of Acuras and Hondas (and own a 1st generation 1990 Acura Legend LS (228,000 miles), a 1994 Acura NSX (40,200 miles), a 1970 Honda AN600, a 1972 Honda AZ600, a 1985 Honda SXi Lawn mower etc), I took on the challenge of purchasing and trucking this Acura over to Texas with the intention of restoring it adequately to be functional again. The vehicle was finally delivered by truck on 21 June, 2015. The truck driver advised the brakes were not working. However, we managed to roll it off his truck with the hand brake to control it & pushed it into my workshop. List of work performed: The fuel pump which is housed inside the fuel tank has been replaced. The fuel filter sock inside the fuel tank has been replaced. The fuel filter in engine compartment has been replaced. The battery is good and brought up to full charge by a battery charger. The fuel pressure at the fuel filter in engine was checked and found to be 45 psig and held constant.First turn of the key and the motor started and ran like a well oiled sewing machine. All fluids were checked and found to be at the right level. However, the engine oil & filter has been changed. The Brake Master cylinder has been replaced and all 4 wheel brakes bled. The brakes work very well. A pressure test was done of 4 cylinders at random and averaged 200 psi. The High beam halogen bulb on driver's side has been replaced. The rear view mirror has been re-glued to inside of windshield. I had an experienced roving mechanic do the necessary mechanical work with my overview. Receipts for all Mechanic's labor & replacement parts,($434.66), trucking car from California to Texas ($850/), etc are photographed and depicted in this Ebay ad as proof. Additionally the interior has been thoroughly and professionally vacuumed and steam cleaned, sanitized and deodorized. Tire pressure checked all round. Car has been test driven and drives very smoothly; no issues apparent other than all Wheels can do better with a wheel balance all round. All tires are in good shape with ample tread remaining. No oil leaks at all. Air conditioning works well (believe it or not). Factory radio/cassette works as well. Car is pre-wired for a CD player. Spare wheel, scissors jack, lug wrench, owner's handbook, tow hitch all included. Clear and marketable Title free of liens. This Acura Legend has low miles for its age and is fully functional. The intrinsic build quality of Hondas and Acuras needs no talking about. Its hard to touch the quality of these early model Acuras. This car would make an excellent daily driver and family sedan for hundreds of thousands of miles more and many, many years of reliable, safe, comfortable driving pleasure.
