For Sale1967 Volvo 122S Sedan "Canadian" Hi, I am selling my 1967 Volvo 122S sedan. I have had the car for just over 5 years and it's now time to move it on. I purchased the car already restored. The previous owner, (whom lives in the same town as me) had the car restored in Portland, Oregon in about 2001. She already owned and drove the car before having it fully restored instead of buying a new car. Then of course the car was too nice to use on a daily basis!During the restoration the B18 engine was replaced with a B20 engine retaining the twin SU carbs and had a tubular exhaust manifold and performance exhaust added. The transmission was upgraded to an M41 overdrive unit. The car has yellow Bilstein shocks on all four corners as well as 5 matching Michelin XZX tires in the correct 165SR15 size. The entire dash pad (not a cover) was replaced and remains crack free. The front windshield is a new production Volvo branded part. The car does have a few flaws that any car a decade out from restoration might experience. The chrome on both bumpers has become scaly and someday will need to be dipped again. There is a 1/4 dime size stone chip right leading edge of the hood, but this didn't penetrate the primer, just the paint. There is a nickel sized bubble on the lower driver's door rocker that has not changed in my custodianship. The dash front was unfortunately cut to fit a modern head unit which is also not functioning at the moment. I'm sure that there a few details I'm not remembering at the moment, sorry.Seeing the car in person is encouraged if possible, she's still a real head turner! 1993 Volvo 245 Wagon. Red, Great shape, garaged. 128K miles. Power windows, locks, mirrors. Air bag, AC, Cruise, 3rd row seat folds down.Bruce Cox maintained (local mechanic and dealer of Volvo), new suspension work - very solid ride.New radiator, belts, wiper motor, window switches, windshield, Alpine stereo w/ Bluetooth, Rockford Fosgate speakers. This is an absolutely awesome little vehicle no rust, undercarriage is perfect, drives straight, solid, quietly. Mechanic told us it is one of the best 240's he's seen. well taken care of. We have two other newer Volvos and a van and truck for our boat...too many vehicles. if we had all the space and money we would keep this little cream puff. Biggest flaw....front seats need recovering. this is your base model but still has the electric windows and doors and roof rack. All lights work and have newer kits and the door handles have been redone ( a couple of things that need fixing on these 240's) No accidents
