Engine compression is what it all about. This classic car has had no modifications whatsoever!! It is 100% factory standard. The compression was tested recently and it was 210 across the boards. My price this1988 VW Sirocco DOHC is 400.00 under the NADA book for average condition!! And by the pictures that were taken on 07.18.2015 you can see it well meets that condition. I am the second owner and purchased this vehicle in 1992. I am closing in on 60 years of age so this has not had the SHIT run out of it by a kid!! Since my ownership it has been 100% garaged and all maintenance has been completed on schedule. In the last two years I have replace many parts on this collector's car. I have replace the alternator, fuel distributer, belts, hoses, struts, master cylinder and more But, like any vehicle there are things that need to be taken care of! Here is a list of what I know what is wrong with this collector car. I am currently repairing most of the list below: 1. Air conditioning compress need replace. 2. Sunroof track needs adjusted. 3. Dash bulbs replaced. 4. Front end alignment needed. 5. Two front tires. The car has 203,400 miles. It is ready to roll and looking for a buyer. Come by and take a look.

1986 Volkswagen Scirocco with a pretty cool history. Check out driversfound.com /scirocco/ profiles/1986_kim/. This car has been very well cared for. Overall this is one of the nicest Scirocco's I've come across. The body is clean, the interior is very nice. Specs... -Fresh 1.8 8v with rebuilt head (JH bottom end with Hydro head), new timing belt, water pump, all new seals and gaskets including head gasket. -Front and rear European bumper (with headlight washer not connected). -Techtonics stainless steel exhaust, K&N air filter. -Neuspeed lowering springs, Factory 16V lower front tie bar, Factory 16V rear sway bar. -Scirocco "16V" body kit. -White gauge faces, Triple gauge panel (not connected), Corrado steering wheel. -Very nice Tear Drops with good tires. -Drilled and slotted front rotors. -New alternator, radio and speakers. The engine is strong and has plenty of power. The car runs and drives well and gets lots of attention. I'm sure i'm forgetting a few things so please contact me with any questions. Again this is a very nice car for its age and its a good driver that can be taken to shows, however its not perfect. I commute about 100 miles round trip to work in it a few times a week. I have provided detailed pics of the cars flaws, however it does looks great in person and these aren't noticeable.
