Title work cannot be done in GA without payment of TAVT as specified above. Therefore, GA buyers will not be handed the title as was previously the practice. I will handle all the title work and the GA DMV will mail you a title in your name. You will be provided with a GA temporary registration valid for 30 days while the title work is being done.3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title if available at the time of sale. Most vehicles I sell have the title ready at the time of sale. In some cases, the title may be in transit or not ready. You are however guaranteed a clean and clear title within 21days of the sale. You will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state.3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. This car has manual 5 speed transmission. The odometer reads 191k miles. This is a 1 owner car which I bought in New Hampshire. It drives amazingly well for a car with 191k miles. At an average of 15000 miles per year, the average mileage for a 2002 car would be 180k miles. This car is only slightly higher than average at 191k. I filled it up with gas and drove it 1100 miles to Atlanta GA non stop. This car is in very good condition in spite of the mileage. Engine starts first time and idles smoothly. It is smooth and accelerates strongly in all gears. Transmission/clutch engages, shifts and downshifts smoothly in all gears. I would rate the exterior 7/10 because it a small rust patch on the front fender and some scratches on the right rear of the car. It’s still relatively clean though. There are NO other rust signs on the car. I would rate the interior 7/10. The interior is clean. Carpets are clean . No stains, rips or tears. The car has Power door locks, power windows, air conditioning, cassette/radio player, cruise control ,moon roof & heated seats. All these components have been tested and work well. The car has 1 key and no remote. This car has 4 matching Hankook Optimo tires with more than 70% tread left. The suspension is tight with no strange noises. The brakes also work well with no vibration or noise. They have not been inspected for wear though. This car has been cleaned but not detailed.
