One might find a few scratches that you might expect with the miles. The lights and lenses are clear with no cracks. The tires, on factory alloy wheels, have about 15% tread (see pic). No windshield chips or cracks. The exterior condition might be considered average or above average for the miles. The interior is black carpet and VW tex seats. Both seats and carpet are very clean with no wear areas or stains. The front seats are heated. It has a factory Monsoon sound system with CD. 1963 Volkswagon Beetle- Complete nut and bolt restoration on a rust free original car in 2009 with approximately 2000 miles since completion. All original sheet metal to original car including floor pans. Only correct NOS and Wolfsburg parts used in the process. Painted in original L390 Gulf Blue. Along with 40hp 1200 engine rebuild, care was taken to use original parts and upgrading to power coating tins and ceramic coating exhaust for long term carefree maintenance and appearance for car shows. Careful attention was taken during restoration to repurpose any original parts that were in mint condition, these include seats, headliner and original dash paint. Correct, to period, Firestone tires were installed along with optional luggage racks and interior tray. The Beetle has the optional factory working gas guage and radio and includes the original Owners Manual. This car drives and operates as new. Pictures do not due any justice to this car. This is my car selling titled in my name. This Beetle draws a crowd where ever it is shown or driven. I will discuss any reasonable offers by phone. The exterior paint is in excellent condition with a few minor scrapes/scratches on the lower rear bumper (see photos) .
