We are selling our beloved 2002 Eurovan GLS! The Eurovan is in great shape, has only ~133k miles and has been meticulously maintained. The gray cloth interior is all original and in great condition. Additionally the van has custom rubber floor mats from GoWesty.com The van runs great and is an incredible vehicle for both families and road trips. All major mechanical work completed, including factory rebuilt VW transmission and timing chain. The engine has plenty of power and runs smooth. The AC blows cold and the van has controls in the second row for rear climate control. Following the transmission work, we were told by the shop owner that the engine had at least another 150k left on it. This is a great van in hard to find condition! Great condition old bug. It is the 1967 which was the first year for the 12 volt system and the last of the old loop-style bumpers. The car was completely redone including engine, transmission, paint, interior, and added the rag top approximately 12 years ago.We have owned it for about 5 years and we bought it from a gentleman in southern California who owned it for 33 years. He had all the work done by professional shops in his area. The car odometer shows 18,xxx miles and we have no reason to believe it would be more than 118k miles. Solid body with no rust other that a spot of surface rust that shows on the passenger door at the lower hinge. It looks like is was not prepared properly when the car was painted.Runs like a top with all original (rebuilt) and unmodified engine and transmission.We only drive the car in clear weather and it has been garaged by the previous owner and ourselves for all of 38 years. A cover is included. We only take it around town and would recommend switching to radial tires if you decide to drive the hiways. On the other hand, I have full confidence the car would make it anywhere you want to drive, as is. Shipping is quite expensive these days.All recent maintenance has been done professionally and we are selling because we're getting too old to appreciate it. It should be driven more that we currently do. It needs a battery now which we will replace before the sale.I will help where I can to facilitate the shipping at this end.
