1984 Toyota Factory 3B Diesel 5 Speed Manual solid running diesel toyota landcruiser 60 series wagon. shown at the 'one moto show' in portland this year where it drew a ton of attention and questions.. bulletproof 3B diesel engine with 60k miles on it and incredibly rare, virtually impossible to find 5 speed transmission. this transmission changes the whole character of the truck from "struggling at freeway speeds" to a real world travelling rig that can run on all road surfaces, not just offroad.. originally built to run the alaska - canada highway in all types of weather, this toyota was upgraded tastefully to improve performance. this truck is indestructible and was built to be reliable, not fast! brakes, clutch, shifts well. this is a very solid daily driver wagon be prepared to be asked a million questions by other landcruiser freaks about this truck. professionally swapped appx 10 years ago from gas to 12v diesel using all factory parts. has been running like a top bulletproof 3B diesel non-turbo engine and 5 speed with ~60k miles on it. pulled from a canadian spec diesel unit from the same year 2 speed transfer case (granny low and regular) manual lock front ASIN hubs vehicle has 190K on it. and can get 22mpg on the freeway if you 'drive mellow' everything stock, except for: aftermarket custom front and rear bumpers with capacity for a mounting a front winch. attached via new bolts to stock bumper mount locations, so you could return to stock if you wished. helper springs for rear to stop the "landcruiser sag" so it rides level heavier duty shocks/springs added biodiesel waste veggie oil conversion installed but not hooked up. has rear tank with heater unit, additional gauges and wiring installed. oversized BF goodrich tires has: aftermarket roof rack new steering bushings, etc. steering is tight with NO slop. no flaky 'dead zone' trailer hitch and electrical hookups decent upgraded stereo older restoration/repaint with typical rear wheel well rust that is just along upper lip. paint is not perfect, has usual parking lot door dings, peeling in spots in door jams, etc. upgraded LED instrument lighting upgraded h4 halogen headlight bulbs dual battery setup block heater things: drivers seat fabric has torn, just needs new lower cover. foam is 100% sound rear defroster works, but poorly rear wiper not working currently front windshield cracked reliable, starts every time, 4x4 setup works perfectly. the perfect daily driver. not a showboat, but you can drive these things a million miles. everything is manual, and works well. have to pay bills, or i would be buried with this thing. its that awesome. so, NO lowball offers, please. partial trades possible for a 90's lexus in good running shape plus cash on your end. have clear oregon title in my name. insurance on this rig is extremely cheap because it qualifies as a classic car. serious buyers only. thank you in advance. this vehicle is available for sale locally in portland, oregon, and i reserve the right to sell this vehicle elsewhere. in case of sale via craigslist or other, this auction will be ended immediately. purchaser is responsible for arranging shipping, transportation cost, custom, import duties, etc, etc. can deliver within a 100 mile radius of portland oregon metro area as schedule permits. title handed over as soon as payment clears.
