Hello, I purchased this Land Cruiser in February of 2015 with 161k miles on the clock. Since then I've enjoyed taking care of this truck and giving it a good refresh. The mileage is currently at 179,796. Over the past two years I've done the following maintenance/base line work. This truck has spent it's life in New Mexico and Texas. Very minor rust pitting is occurring at a few spots at the surface of the original paint. Nothing that can't be sanded out and resprayed. For a Land Cruiser, I consider this one rust free. One minor dent on rear quarter panel (see photo). Interior is pretty clean other than the usual driver seat tear. Dash is cracked. This truck has been my daily driver and runs very well. It's a LandCruiser. Here are all of the parts that have been replaced during my ownership: -New Gear Oil in the Transmission/Transfer Case/Front/Rear Differentials-Oil Pan Gasket (OEM)-Transmission Pan Gasket (OEM)-Timing Cover Gasket (OEM)-Front Crank Seal (OEM)-New Radiator (CSF 2708)-Cap and Rotor (OEM)-Spark plugs (OEM)-Plug wires (OEM)-Fuel Filter (OEM)-Fan clutch (AISIN)-New Radiator hoses (OEM)-Water Pump (AISIN)-Thermostat (OEM)-Thermostat Housing Gasket (OEM)-Valve Cover Gasket (OEM)-PCV Valve/Grommet (OEM)-All Vacuum Lines (OEM)-Intake/Exhaust Manifold Gaskets (OEM)-Brake Master Cylinder (AISIN)-Brake Lines (OEM)-Brake Pads/Shoes-Brake Wheel Cylinders - Rear (Advics/AISIN)-New OEM Shocks-OME Steering Stabilizer-Knuckle Rebuild Kit (Marlin Crawler/Yukon Seals and Bearings)-Japanese 555 Tie Rod End Kit-Air Flow Meter Refurbished by Bavarian Restoration Things That Do Not Work: 1.) Stock Radio works but the scan button is the only way to get thru the stations. 2.) Stock Antenna is functional but power up and down does not work. 3.) A/C currently does not blow cold. I've had compressor rebuilt and converted to R134. I have purchased the following parts to completely overhaul A/C system. After a 6 month wait, I finally received the Denso condenser from Japan (very hard to find part). I will have a/c working prior to sale. HVACAC Compressor Rebuilt (Converted to R134)-New Blower Motor (VDO/Siemens)-Condenser (Denso)-Expansion Valve (Denso)-Evaporator Core (Denso)-Reciever/Drier (Denso)-Pressure Switch-Blower Motor Resistor 4.) Small Oil drip at rear main seal. Please feel free to call or text with questions and more photos. Thanks, Joseph214-498-9133

This Cruiser is a clean, dependable daily driver, with current registration and inspection. I have had this wonderful SUV/truck twenty years, and have taken excellent care of it – most of its life it has been garaged. Engine oil and filter replaced every six thousand miles, or after off-roading in very wet conditions, drive shaft greased and steering knuckles filled with grease at every oil change. Excellent oil pressure. I am the second owner, first owner was a Doctor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.Within the past few months it has a new alternator (lifetime warranty), battery, and transmission fluid exchanged. Recently front seats have been rebuilt with premium synthetic that exactly matches the leather, front axle rebuilt (including king pin bearings, rotors and wheel bearings), master brake cylinder, power steering fluid reservoir and hoses, 285 Michelin MXV tires (good tread), new fuel pump and filter sock, new fuel filter, and new steering stabilizer.Excellent paint, repainted twice (hail storm and paint warranty claim), roof rack removed, differential and transfer case breathers led to fire wall filter, adjustable shocks, Old Man Emu 1” progressive rate springs for better ride, overload air bag spring components (compressor and gauge) installed, electric air horns, electrical plugs packed with silicone grease to waterproof them, alarm with remote lock/unlock and shock sensor, AC works great, switch added to lock center transfer case in high range if needed for slippery conditions.Includes all the usual equipment on stock Cruisers in 1993, including the stock fuel injected, larger engine compared to previous models, power steering and brakes, automatic transmission, manually shifted transfer case, leather seats, stock skid plates, stock 5,000 pound tow hitch, towing hooks, rear seat heater, all that. Third row seats are not available, but there is a weatherproof trunk liner and retractable cover to the “trunk” area – a $400 addition. There is also a locking “safe” in the center console with metal frame and door. Original sales brochure, touch up paint and Toyota mechanic service manual included. Removable step for passenger included. The manual transfer case allows this vehicle to be towed four wheels down behind a camper or motor home. About 10,000 of the 252,000 miles on the odometer are as a tow dingy.Things that do not work: radio antenna electric drive broken (still provides signal for radio), radio frequency readout no longer works (CD and tape player condition unknown), but radio presets work fine, transmission selector “D” dash light indicator never has worked, seats work as designed but activator button is broken on passenger seat. Tint is peeling off inside windows. None of these has reduced my enjoyment or usability of the truck, and it still gets me to work every day.
