Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. Now, call me stupid or whatever, but if they KNEW that I would have gotten upset, wouldn't that have given them the inkling that there was something WRONG with this deal to begin with? and NEVERMIND that all of the above is absolutely true and now it's just sitting in my driveway. Just waiting there, peacefully, waiting...and sitting.....and waiting....for the next big $ hit to come. So let me ask you....why would YOU want to own this vehicle????? Good question “eh”. Well, it has air conditioning that works really well down here in South Florida. Blows cold. As cold as the shoulder I get every time I mention "my loving wifes" purchase of this most spectacular vehicle.Also, it has 4 brand new massive tires along with a super set of rims that are great for rolling over benign objects that may come in it's way. (Like tricycles, bicycles and motorcycles (all un-occupied of course), the principles foot (and he is a teacher?), the 17 year olds now EX-girlfriends purse and even HIS OWN "not so smart" phone)...stuff like that.The power windows all work so you can ride around with the windows rolled down and turn the stereo up as loud as you can to really hack the locals off…even while the air conditioner keeps it a comfortable 74 inside.and to help keep it cool during the summer and mysterious at night…the windows are tinted just enough to keep the local constabulary from pulling you over to see what your up too (and with whom). Out of sight, out of…well, you get the picture.And to keep them out…power door locks. Just saying in case it’s a stop and frisk.The driver side seat is powered so while you ride around thinking that this is your personal luxury portable dining room, you can push that little button and slide the seat back to adjust for the 7 Sonic hot dogs you just ate and washed down with a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea....all while driving. Boy, the luxuries of life….”eh”?Furthermore, the back seats fold down. Yes, this version has the 3rd rear seat fold down option, and as you can see, that lovely SYT (sweet young thang) modeling it does not come with the vehicle. (If your wondering, this IS a girlfriend but NOT of the one who needed this vehicle to “show off in”) FYI..not mine either. Already had one heart attack….don’t need another one. Ahhhhh, to be 18 again....those volupanyway, back to what we came here for. And that's to tell you all of the magnificent things about this absolutely wonderful creation of American automotive engineering:First of all, the interior is in great shape if you can get past that “not so NEW CAR SMELL”. More of a mix of McDonalds Double Meat Cheese burgers with extra onions and a large order of fries, blended with a hint of that sweet/sour dried sugar odor from probably a spilled Extra Large Sweet Tea and left to bake in the hot, steamy, South Florida sun with all of the windows rolled up while we all foolishly thought you were in class.overall though, the interior is in excellent shape. No rips or tears in the fabrics. Not even where "2 Ton Tony" sits.and as the brit's say, the windscreen, there are no cracks in the windows and about the only thing that is dysfunctional on the inside is the 17 year old driver but,Both of the mirrors fold in to help you get past that sign post that just miraculously jumped in your way while turning all the while, It is a 4X4 with automatic transmission, something we are sure of that you NEVER have had the opportunity to try out because you wouldn't do anything like that...right? Right!And it has a Class 1 receiver installed. (I'm sure that this is used to tow someone's jet ski to the island but can't confirm all along while launching on the sandy beach...something you either need a TOW TRUCK for or 4 WHEEL DRIVE....hmmmmmm, see above paragraph)And the brakes were just redone at Midas. The old gal (NOT "my loving wife") stops on a dime. Now I know your sitting there wondering, “OK, Pony up...what's wrong with it”???? Well ALL KIDDING ASIDE, here it is:The engine runs but overheats. SHE (my loving wife) took it to Firestone and they (Firestone) tell her (my loving wife) it (THIS pile of manure) has a blown head (Not going there with this word) gasket. The cost to repair this (pile of manure) is approximately $800 (expletive) USD here in South Florida. I don’t have the time (or knowledge/money/strength/health/desire or patience) to fool with this or fix it.There are a couple of dings around the outside of the vehicle. Naturally, all of those done by that mysterious "Not Me" character that has followed me thru life since I have had kids .Paint overall is in excellent shape. Overall, if I were to rate this vehicle on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being "Certified Pre-Owned" and totally clean, I would rate it an 7/8. This is to the best of our ability and knowledge of anything wrong with the vehicle. If I were to rate the “SYT” (sweet young thang)…she definitely is a 9.9/10. The drivers seat has a small tear in the seat bottom, otherwise the seats are good. The headliner is brand new. The carpets are free from stains. The A/C is ice cold, power windows, locks, power seats, radio and even the cruise control all function properly (there are a couple buttons missing from the climate control - see pictures). The Topaz Blue Metallic paint has been redone since original and is shiny, reflective, and in good condition. The moldings on the rear doors are missing. Otherwise, this X5 very few of the normal scratches, chips and dings you would expect. The rear wiper arm is missing. I have tried to capture the car's appearance in the pictures, so be sure to check them out for the complete story. The interior of this X5 is likewise in over all good condition. The drivers seat has a small tear in the seat bottom, otherwise the seats are good. The headliner is brand new. The carpets are free from stains. The A/C is ice cold, power windows, locks, power seats, radio and even the cruise control all function properly (there are a couple buttons missing from the climate control - see pictures).
