This Auction is for a 1997 BMW 520i Sedan. It is a 2.0 V6 It has a great body with no corrosion or repairs. The motor runs smooth and strong! The leather interior and dash are in great condition as well The interior has a few pieces of trim that need to be put back on but the car is very nice. Only one power window is operating right now on passenger side. The cars AC works good but can probably stand a recharge by now. The transmission needs a new shift sensor but you can shift on the console as well. This car is very solid and would not take a lot to put it back in top shape. I am selling this car for my brother in law who just got married and needs the money. You could get more that the asking price for the body, motor, and interior if you parted it out! The Topaz Blue Metallic paint has been redone since original and is shiny, reflective, and in good condition. The moldings on the rear doors are missing. Otherwise, this X5 very few of the normal scratches, chips and dings you would expect. The rear wiper arm is missing. I have tried to capture the car's appearance in the pictures, so be sure to check them out for the complete story. The interior of this X5 is likewise in over all good condition. The drivers seat has a small tear in the seat bottom, otherwise the seats are good. The headliner is brand new. The carpets are free from stains. The A/C is ice cold, power windows, locks, power seats, radio and even the cruise control all function properly (there are a couple buttons missing from the climate control - see pictures). The pictures pretty much tell the story here as well, so be sure to check them all out for all the details on the interior. This is a very good running 4.4L engine. The truck fires right up and runs well. The automatic transmission shifts soothly. The tires will need replaced soon. There are no warning lights on the dash. The remote key fob does not work.
