2005 Subaru Outback 2.5 XT Limited We are pleased to present this exceptional Subaru Outback 2.5 XT Limited. Subarus are known for their world-class sporting performance, and this car is no exception. These also feature Subaru's proven and smooth horizontally opposed 4 cylinder turbocharged engine which is mated to legendary symmetrical all wheel drive. It is extremely hard to find these Outbacks with the turbo 4 Cylinder engine, and it is definitely the engine to have in this car. It changes the Outback from a fairly ordinary car into a very very fast, very fun to drivevehicle. This is an adaptation of the same 2.5 Liter engine found in Subaru's 300+ horsepower WRX STi. The tan leather seats are gorgeous. The leather shows very little wear. The car has zexel automatic climate control which works properly. The air conditioning works. This car has the premium audio system with 6 speakers which sounds fantastic. There is a 6 CD changer in the dash. For safety, this Subaru has, of course, dual front airbags, as well as side airbags and curtain airbags for the front and rear passengers. The cargo area is in beautiful condition and there is a retractable cargo cover. The owners manual booklet is there. Since it's an Limited, the interior has some extra appointments that you wouldn't find in a regular outback. It has an auto-dimming compass mirror with homelink, a trip comouter, dual power seats, the dual zone climate control, a MOMO sport steering wheel, and much, much more. It also has a massive panoramic sunroof. Since it's an XT model, it's fitted with the special electroluminescent sport gauge cluster which has numerous added features. It does a really cool looking gauge sweep when the car is started, and it fades out when the car is turned off. Also, when the fuel gauge is low, the red ring around it flashes to alert you of this. The car also has beautiful natural wood inserts on the dash and door panels. These look fantastic with the tan interior color. The outside of this Outback is beautiful and is finished in the stunning and very pretty Pale Gold Metallic Color. The paint is in gorgeous shape. Overall the exterior of this Outback is in outstanding shape. As I mentioned, the car has the huge panoramic sunroof which only came on the upper-level Limited models. It is over the front and rear seats and gives the cabin a great open-air feel, even when it's closed. It works properly. There is no rust on this outback at all. It also has 17" alloy wheels which were exclusive to the XT models. Also included on the XT models, were LED turn signals in the mirrors, a special aluminum hood with a hood scoop, and many other features. The tires are all matching brand name tires with excellent tread remaining. The brakes and rotors are brand new all the way around. The car drives perfectly and is very fast. The engine and transmission operate properly. To prepare the car for sale, we replaced the turbocharger and installed a modified turbocharger oil supply line bolt which is extremely important on the turbo Outbacks. RARE Subaru Outback 2.5 XT Limited AWD Wagon with LOW MILES and LOW PRICE! For sale is our Subaru Outback XT Limited AWD wagon. 5-spd MANUAL transmission. This is a reliable and spacious car that has good punch with the 250hp Subaru turbocharged boxer engine. This is the same engine from the WRX car, in a wagon body. It has better mileage and is more zippy than the 3.0L version. Limited package with premium sound, multi CDs, powered and heated seats, leather seats, dual power moonroofs, 17' alloy wheels. SPACIOUS interior, we travel without any problem with kids, travel gear and camping gear. Selling because we're going out of town for a while and need to reduce the amount of stuff that we have to store. It has LOW 108,000 MILES, most of which are from highway driving during road trips (this car was not used for commuting). Clean title, zero accident. Official hwy mpg is 19/25, but we got consistently higher, 27-28mpg on highway, and 23-24 average city+highway. This is one of the most economical AWD cars on the market, in particular it has better mpg than the 3.0 edition. Maintenance was done regularly. Tires have only 10K miles, these are the Michelin Primacy MXV4 that get excellent reviews. I include pictures of the last few major services: - Full timing belt service was done just a few months ago - Front and rear suspension was replaced early January - The clutch was replaced 1.5y ago, the new clutch has only 12K miles - The tires were replaced 10K miles ago and look new. As a bonus, we will include a new set of rotors and brake pads. Note that the brakes have been inspected a few weeks ago and are fine with plenty of life left. You can come check it out in San Jose, CA pretty much any time. We need to sell this car quickly since we are going out of town on June 9. $500 deposit is due immediately, the balance is due before June 9.
