Up for bid today is an absolutely beautiful 1962 Studebaker Hawk GT. It's equipped with its original 289 Studebaker motor, 4 Speed Transmission, Power Steering, Full Instrumentation, Trunk Mounted Antenna, Radio and Heater. The car spent most of its like in California, so it's rust-free. The chrome and trim are in excellent condition. Interior is exceptional, and the headliner is perfect. It rides on newer Michelin Radials. Car does not leak or burn any fluids, and is a real pleasure to drive. Get lots of attention too. Very fast, smooth, with no rattles or noises. Brakes are new and the clutch is in excellent condition. The tachometer has a wiring problem, but I do not know anyone here that has the expertise to work on it. The radio is also non-op, but it is missing a speaker. I don't know if that's the problem or not. Electrical all works as it should. The underneath is outstanding, not an ounce of rust anywhere.
