Car is need of work, but also has had alot of work done to it. A diamond in the rough. Paint job and exterior are in good shape. Everything under the hood works well. However, car will not start to do problems with ignition cylinder. Interior will need alot of work, including repairing the headliner and fixing the upholstery.
