Up for your consideration is 1965 Shelby Cobra kit car. The Cobra is titled as an 1966 Austin Healy Currently the cobra car is on a functional rolling chassis. The rolling chassis was media blasted and painted with primer paint. The engine is a Ford 302 that has been ported, polished and blue printed 347 The body is a bucket and is sitting on a mustang chassis, with 4 link rear suspension. The rear differential was professionally rebuilt and is a 8.8 with 9 inch end caps for larger brake assemblies. We have installed willwood 6 piston disc brakes We have installed hillbrandt new knock off wheels and Goodyear tires. 15 gallon fuel cell with high volume elecetric fuel pump

Factory Five MKIV. This car was completed in 2013 and has only 334 miles since then, It has a 4.6 modular motor with a Tremec 3650 5 speed manual transmission. The 4.6 has factory fuel injection, which in my opinion makes this car a pleasure to drive. It is a smooth accelerating engine that is very reliable and has an abundance of performance potential. There is more than enough room for a bolt on centrifugal supercharger if you wish for more power or speed. Some of the upgrades from Factory Five include stainless exhaust, stainless roll bar, secondary stainless roll bar, and upgraded roadster seats. I chose to install aluminum Kirkey seats but the factory seats will go with the car. It has Koni coilovers on all four corners, 4 wheel disc brake powered by a hydrobooster, working windshield wipers with the upgraded components, autometer Sport Comp II gauges, and I also added turn signal indicators. Rear tires are 315/35/17 and front tires are 255/40/17. There is an abundance of aluminum, and stainless hoses in the engine compartment. I have not driven this car much since completion, it sits covered in my shop while I'm working on other projects. I think it's time to let her go.

1966 Shelby Cobra and titled as a 1966. Cobra body and frame was purchased in 1997 from Classic Motor Carriages and no assembly was started on this Cobra until 2010. The Cobra body frame was shipped to Specialty Auto -sports in Tennessee for assembly . The project took about three years to finish. This is not your average Cobra Kit Car. The fit finish paint and interior are all show quality . The interior was all custom leather- suede door panels and seats including the finished trunk. The pictures tell the story. 1966 AC Shelby Cobra With 500 Miles 383 stroker motor with approx. 400hp. 3:73 rear gears with a Ford rear end 4-speed Muncie transmission Wilwood disc brakes on all four wheels Mallory ignition-edelbrock carburetor Ceramic coated side pipes Aluminum radiator with electric fan AM-FM with blue tooth and removable face Smiths gauges Coil over shocks Tilt wheel This Cobra runs, shifts and brakes like a Cobra of this quality should. Paint and interior are outstanding as you can see from the pictures. There is over $70,000 in this build and it shows . Underside of this Cobra is as clean as the top side.
