The tires have about 50% tread life left, the battery was just replaced last year and there has never been a single issue with this car. The oil have faithfully been changed every 4-5k miles by our local Honda dealership. You do NOT come across cars like this in prestige condition and extremely low miles! You can't even tell the car has been driven for the last 8 years! It is absolutely flawless! You will be one lucky person to have the pleasure to own this one!!
