I'm currently a college student who previously purchased this car to get to and from work but will no longer need it. It's an amazing commuter car and easily gets 45+ mpg on the streets, but recently the engine light came on. I've had the car taken by two different mechanics and they both said that the car is perfectly fine other than some particle build up in the transmission. One mechanic said all the car needs is a flush and to use fresh transmission fluid, but the other mechanic said the transmission might need an overhaul. The transmission's only problem is that it rumbles when accelerating from a stop, which apparently is common in most 2003-2005 honda civics.This car has a clean title. All maintenance/service records are available for this vehicle. Brakes and hybrid batteries are new (hybrid batteries are NOT cheap). Tires are also in excellent condition. I recently had the oil changed and filled up the a/c coolant as well as other fluids. I installed a brand new air filter. I also installed an auxiliary cable to the default stereo system. The interior of the car is in great condition other than some flaking of the chrome on the door handles (no stains, tears, or odor). Comes with two sets of keys and two keys for the steering wheel lock.Ultimately, this car could easily last another 150k+ miles with the proper transmission repair. THE TURNPIKE CRUISER OPTION WAS A LITTLE KNOWN OPTION THAT TOOK THE SAME 67 CUTLASS SUPREME (THE TOP OF THE LINE CUTLASS FOR THE YEAR) THEY USED THE 400 E BLOCK BIG BLOCK ENGINE FROM THE 442 AND THE SAME SUSPENSION FOR A 442 WITH FRONT AND REAR SWAY BARS AND BOXED REAR LOWER CONTROL ARMS AS WELL AS DUAL EXHUAST AND THE NEW FOR 67 COMBUSTION CONTROL AIR CLEANER SYSTEM TO MAKE A CAR THAT GOT EXCEPTIONAL MILEAGE AND HANDLED WELL AND WOULD DO EXTRAORDINARY SPEEDS ON THE HIGHWAY. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF ONE OF THOSE CARS. IT RUNS WELL AND DRIVES WELL. HAS A FEW OTHER FACTORY OPTIONS LIKE AM RADIO, HEATER, POWER STEERING, BUCKET SEATS. IT IS A FACTORY BUCKET SEAT COLUMN SHIFT CAR, IT SEEMS TO HAVE NEWER CARPET AND THE INTERIOR IS ALL THERE AND ORIGINAL BUT IS NEEDING NEW SEAT COVERS DUE TO AGE SPLITTING, THE DOOR PANELS ARE OK BUT THE CARPET BOTTOMS ARE STARTING TO SHOW THEIR AGE.
