I'm currently a college student who previously purchased this car to get to and from work but will no longer need it. It's an amazing commuter car and easily gets 45+ mpg on the streets, but recently the engine light came on. I've had the car taken by two different mechanics and they both said that the car is perfectly fine other than some particle build up in the transmission. One mechanic said all the car needs is a flush and to use fresh transmission fluid, but the other mechanic said the transmission might need an overhaul. The transmission's only problem is that it rumbles when accelerating from a stop, which apparently is common in most 2003-2005 honda civics.This car has a clean title. All maintenance/service records are available for this vehicle. Brakes and hybrid batteries are new (hybrid batteries are NOT cheap). Tires are also in excellent condition. I recently had the oil changed and filled up the a/c coolant as well as other fluids. I installed a brand new air filter. I also installed an auxiliary cable to the default stereo system. The interior of the car is in great condition other than some flaking of the chrome on the door handles (no stains, tears, or odor). Comes with two sets of keys and two keys for the steering wheel lock.Ultimately, this car could easily last another 150k+ miles with the proper transmission repair. The camper tent has small tear in upper right corner, can be patched with aprox. 6" x 6" square. Converted to 2 barrel carburetor. Note, the bus is registered in Oregon. The bus will not pass the visual inspection for California smog due to the bus originally being fuel injected. One would need to convert back to the original fuel injection system to comply with California smog. This means you Dave C. Please keep this in mind when placing bids. Has deep cycle Optima Yellow top for house battery which powers the fridgerator and 120 volt AC inverter. Two burner propane stove and sink. Detailed interior, upholstery is in good condition, but has some fading. New Tires AM/FM/CD bluetooth sync and remote Dual battery and city power connection Some over spray on some of the window gaskets. Replaced rear window rubber gasket and drivers side rear window gasket. Was some rust around the windshield. We removed and repaired all areas of rust when we repainted. Floor boards are rust free and in great shape. Windows are great shape. Louvers work. Interior carpet and drivers flooring was replaced.

1968 Scott with new 2004 4.0 L straight six with only 300 hundred miles on it when installed. I was able to get the engine with the automatic transmission, power steering pump, AC pump, that was originally with the motor. The engine came out of a 2004 Jeep wrangler. This engine is very peppy with a lot of torque. The Scout with this engine combo setup only has 4500 miles on it since being installed. It is a very reliable rig. I would not hesitate to take it out in the woods by myself. It has 3 gas tanks. The original 9 gallon side tanks and a 18 gallon tank that hooks up to the jeep wiring harness. This is so you get an accurate fuel reading from the main fuel tank. The fuel is simply transferred from right or left tank by a valve and transfer pump. I installed adjustable skid rails/steps on the sides. It is nice to be able to adjust the skid rails out when you go wheeling. Another plus is the shoppers that like to over swing there doors smack them instead of the door. They really protect the doors. The body work and paint were done by myself. This is not a rust bucket that is full of bondo. This has been a high dry desert rig for all the time it has been here on Terra Firma. The paint is a Dupont base coat and a Chroma Clear coat with extra clear, it has proven to very tough. All in All this would make a great Hunting rig, Daily driver, Grocery getter. What ever your needs are.
