This two owner 2009 C class from Mercedes runs and drives excellent and comes with Mercedes all wheel drive which is great for harsh weather conditions. We are two enthusiasts who sell primarily wholesale to wholesale, dealer only. We decided to try eBay for cars we feel the public may have an interest in. This is a chance to buy wholesale from a wholesaler. If we purchase a car on Friday-Sunday it will be sold at the dealer only auction the following Thursday. That's why our eBay auctions are so short -- we will offer a few to the public for a few days, then take them to the dealer auction if it doesn't sell on eBay. We do not buy from auctions. We buy from private owners or direct from dealers, often high line dealers such as Mercedes. Most of our cars were trade ins at the dealer for a new vehicle. However, please understand that due to time constraints we aren't detailing the cars, then parking them in from of an expensive home for professional photos. We aren't refurbishing the cars (buffing nicks, refurbishing interiors, etc.) -- you are receiving them just as we did -- we often don't even have time to wash the car or take pictures in a dry location. These cars will detail out beautifully. It's our belief that instead of paying dealer markup, sometimes in the thousands, some eBay customers would rather do the detailing or minor refurbishment themselves, in order to save money. We know dealers have a horrible reputation. We are trying to reverse that. If we know of an issue, we'll report it to you. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer. We also drive our cars, they aren't simply shipped to us, in some cases, if we love the car, we may drive it for a week or more. We believe the cars we are selling are good used cars or we wouldn't sell them here. This particular car was driven by me personally and it drove great. The pics show some wear and tear, and I've done my best to capture that, but obviously, we don't check every light bulb or switch, or use a magnifying glass to inspect the exterior. These are used after all. That said, if we are aware of ANYTHING that isn't working, we'll report it here. CONDITION: The lower seat is torn at the seam and needs repair (this is the sort of a thing a dealer would call an interior specialist to repair for $100, then add $2000 to the price). It has the normal wear and tear one would expect of a well cared for car. The Carfax shows it has had a minor accident in its life. There is some clear coat coming off a weather strip (in the pics) which is an easy fix or replacement. The tires all match and have plenty of tread. Do we refund your deposit? Yes, if you show up in person and feel the car is not for you, we will refund immediately, no questions asked. Obviously, to be fair to us, once the car leaves our possession, either you drive it away or have it shipped to you, no refund will be offered. Like most used vehicles we offer no warranty once you take possession, just as we received the car, it is as-is. Hidden charges? Nope. None of that nonsense regarding dealer fees, etc. The price listed is the price you pay. This car is priced too low to negotiate. If we don't get $8500 it's going to the auction Thursday.

Some of its newer or notable points include:Dual exhaust all the way out to the rear.Very expensive gel batteryEngine has been chromed out with period Mickey Thompson valve covers and a chrome air cleaner. Also new chrome alternator. It’s just been completely tuned and serviced and runs like a top! The transmission shifts correctly and doesn’t leak fluid, or the motor oil for that matter. The factory air components are all hooked up, but it needs a shot of Freon. The interior is mostly original and does show some wear and tear (patina). The front seat has been reupholstered in the original design and color. The dash pad has been replaced at some point and is in decent condition. Has a new gas gauge that works. All lights, horn, ORIGINAL RADIO, turn signals, wipers, heater, etc. work with a new antenna. Brand new tires and a set of American Racing wheels with less than 50 miles on them! New shocks and brakes Rear tailgate has power window that works and the gate functions properly. Just repainted in its original color of Provincial WhiteRear two seats all fold down for hauling, which is a really nice feature. It’s got some rust in the usual Vista places (quarters, rockers, around the windows, etc.) and the upper glass will need some repair work (no leaks though), but it does have all the original sheet metal, floor pans, quarter panels, etc. It’s got quite a bit of potential and makes a nice appearance as you can see in the pictures especially as a driver, which is what we've used it for. Not a show car, more of a go car. According to the previous owner, it was owned before him by an Olds mechanic of 30 years, which is why it is so well-maintained mechanically. The odometer shows ~81,000 miles, but the drivetrain has less on it. It’s one of 7000 built originally in the top of the line Custom series, making it a rare wagon with so many factory options! You will be bidding on a pristine 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham that has always been kept in a garage and that is in very good condition. This automobile is indeed one that was driven by a little old lady on special occasions only. She lived with her two daughters and they have all passed away and the car came to us through the estate by way of a 501C charity. This car has never been hurt, and there is no rust, although there is a small dent on the passenger side rear door that you can hardly see, and the chrome trim strips at the rear of the car show a few small dents. These trim pieces are still available from the Cadillac dealer. You can see in the pics that nothing has ever been in the trunk, and the leather interior condition is very good. The car has been serviced regularly by the same dealership that sold it originally, and in the glove compartment we found a small memo pad that has the dates and mileage of each time it was serviced as written by the owner .This is truly a rare find.
