The Silver Dawn, though not as well known as some of the other Rolls models, is a four door sedan that shares the amazing build quality, mechanicals and many of the timeless body lines of the better known models that make Rolls Royce’s stand out from the crowd. The owner of this car passed away in 2007, and the car has sat in climate controlled storage since. We took the car out of storage, and revived her. She received a full service, including FULL REBUILD OF ALL BRAKES, including calipers and pads, all fluids and assorted seals around the car. The car also received a NEW SET OF TIRES. The car runs and drives as would be expected of a 27,000 vehicle. The original Black paint is in very good shape with deep shine and luster, the occasional rock chip being the only flaws. The Tan leather interior is supple and soft throughout, again, as would be expected of a low mileage car. The leather headliner sags slightly, not enough to require repair. All wood and veneers throughout the car are uncracked, well preserved and have great “burl”. All of her mechanical systems work properly and the A/C blows ice cold. The 6.75 Liter V8 puts out great power and torque. The transmission shifts and operates smoothly without any hesitation. The doors lock and the alarm are functional however the power door locks are currently inoperable. The car comes with all books, original window sticker and maintenance records.
