This is a very low mileage Rolls Royce, fresh from a car collection, and in very good condition (must see). The car has only 51K miles, passes smog test and runs smoothly. Edmunds lists $38.7K for a perfect Spur, and $26.5K for an average. This is much better - so don't miss this one. It has new tires and the original factory alloy rims. Service records are available from 2006 and on (it covered only a couple of hundred miles during the last three years). Exterior looks beautiful and only a few small imperfections can be found (if you look very close and with glasses). Mechanically it runs perfect – as a car with 51K miles should. Interior is great (as seen in the photos), no tares on seats etc. The only flaw I can find is a ‘lazy’ passenger window (it goes down but must be pushed up because the motor slips). Black exterior, Tan Everflex roof, Tan Hide interior, Deep Fawn carpet, Julian Fawn headlining cloth Priced low because the radiator hose burst while I was driving it, and although I was within 2 blocks of a service station and had it repaired immediately, there must have been sufficient time for the engine to overheat a little because now it runs rough and my local Rolls Royce service provider says that 2 of the 8 cylinders have diminished power. Although the car still drives, it could be a $5,000 - $7,000 repair, so I am taking $8,000 off the original asking price and reducing it to $10,000. Very low mileage: 27,400. Recent work includes: new fuel head and fuel injectors, new spark plugs and wires, new air conditioning compressor, new rear suspension gas springs. Cosmetically the car is in good condition but has a few flaws (see photos): there is a small chip in the lacquer on both right side door capping rails, the air vent openings in the dash have warped up over time, and the paint is average to good (fading / wearing in some areas). This is a classy Rolls Royce in excellent mechanical condition (just passed the strict CA emission test). I was told that it was Elton John's car when in the US - see the plaque in the photo (there are 3 of those in the car). The longtime owners of the car were 'British Royal Management co,' who kept the car for the celebrity. Exterior, of course, is red and interior is black with red piping.
