Power steering and side mirrors Power Seats Heated Leather Seats Moon roof rail available (but no Roof Rack Navigation Climate control Towing package Porsche Stability control (PSC) Tires - 2 rear tires have more than 50% thread. 2 Front tires have 30% thread. (I considered the tire conditions in the price). I would recommend the buyer to put 4 new tires after 6 months. Pros: Have all maintenance records since 1500 miles, all done until 92000 miles, at porsche dealership in cary. All coolant lines replaced around 70K miles at Porsche (Cary NC) Most the belts replaced at 90,000 miles at porsche (Cary NC). Can share all maintenance records with the serious buyer. Car never been in accident. Clean and Clear title. The car always been in North Carolina Raleigh area , never exposed to snow or harsh weathers. 1 owner car. Note: The owner leased the car then when lease ended he purchased the car. Recently new oil change, New Battery 2 weeks ago, new valve cover gasket (on right side that was leaking). New Driver shaft bearing/cardone. Car was detailed professionally. Cons:Passenger mirror is not tilting left and right but tilts up and down. Battery plastic cover (under the seat) is missing (minor issue).
