This car was raced Extensively during 1986-88 competing at the Nurburgring 8 times and at various other European Tracks such as the German National F-1 Track at Hockenheim and other ADAC and Bilstein Cup events. The German Wagenpass lists 22 Races entered during this time. The car was then brought to the USA and converted to its present configuration., Sebring, Daytona and Atlanta Motor Speedway are recorded in the HSR and SCCA log books that will accompany this car. Also the original German K-Brief is included as well as all the pertinent USA DOT, EPA and Customs entry documents. The Drivers that competed in the USA races are John Bourassa, John Forbes and Jochim Warmbolt during the early 90's. Then the car was placed into dry storage and remained in Florida until we acquired the car in Early 2015. This car can run and drive but the motor should be considered a core 3.0L that should be rebuilt - It is not a race prepared motor. Should a prospective buyer not need the engine /Trans combination we will reduce the sale price of $43,500 by $5,000. This is a documented race vehicle and will be sold in the USA on a Bill of sale. If a European Buyer secures the car, the original German Title (K- Brief) is with the car. The car is located in Hilton Head SC very near the Port of Savannah Georgia. I have long experience exporting vehicles to Europe and other parts of the world so overseas shipping will not be difficult. Please study the pictures carefully and call me with any questions. We will consider a trade - prefer Good driver Porsche - aircooled - or an interesting project Call with questions regarding this car. Eric 843 298-9677

1973 Porsche 911 T Targa (1973.5 CIS) Original Floor Pans, battery boxes, tank support areas. Nice front end (fenders, hood and bumpers). Car was a nice straight, solid driver until an engine fire heated things up. Fuel Injection is burned and will need to be replaced. Transmission housing was damaged, so the tranny should also be replaced. Engine is the original to the car (see attached COA). Engine will need to be completely disassembled and rebuilt. If you purchase the car at the Buy it now price, I have a 1972 911 Targa Rear Clip (includes Rear Window, Deck lid and rear bumpers) that you can purchase (if desired) at $2300 US. Clear title and Bill of sale to the buyer. Car can be delivered to the port of Savannah GA for $150 or to the port of Charleston, SC for $300.

December 6, 1965 production 911 coupe. Original Engine w/ Webers is installed in the car (car never raced with this engine). The engine does turn over. Factory 911 ST rear quarter panel flares Aluminum centerline wheels Suspension was modified to LWB components for handling improvements Car is configured in the "as raced livery" with Steel 911 S Front Bumper, glass RS style rear deck lid Original wiring harness, green faced gauges and wood dash trim were never removed from the chassis! Will require pans and fuel tank supports to be replacedOverall the car is fairly solid in the torsion bar, wheel week rear seat areas. She won several regional SCCA GT3 championships (see photos) The car can be converted back to a "street car" if desired. I suggest putting the car into Rally / Rat Rod trim as the racing history gives the car a great provenance. Excellent candidate for "R Gruppe" or Touring Car restoration. eBay does not have a "Vehicle Title" category for race cars so the "Lemon & Manufacturer Buyback" was the most odd category that I could select in an effort to have potential buyers PAY ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT : The car is a competition vehicle and she is being sold on a bill of sale only. The car can be exported into Europe as a competition vehicle on the Bill of Sale. If buyer requires a US title for the car, this can be done after the purchase of the car is completed. The cost for the titling process is $1,000 and this will take approximately 10 weeks. Delivery to the port of Savannah Ga can be done for $150 and delivery to the port of Charleston, SC will cost $300

Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Porsche 1971 911 E Race Car Originally converted into a competition vehicle during the early 1980s in Germany. The car was raced throughout Europe in the 1980s. Originally raced by B Cloose in a stock “narrow body” configuration and then modified with RSR bodywork. She ran many events in the ADAC series including the Bilstein Cup (predecessor to the Porsche Cup series). Notable events include the Nurburgring 24 Hour events in 1987 and 1988. The car was imported into the US and then sold to John Bourassa. John ran it at Sebring and Daytona in Vintage races. His co-drivers included John Forbes and Jochim Warmbolt (a well known Rally driver). Car was recently brought out of 20 years in storage. She runs and drives but will need to be gone through before racing. This car has a stock 3.0 Porsche 911 engine in it with rebuilt Weber carbs. The engine will need to be rebuilt as it has a few broken head studs. The transaxle is a Porsche type 901 5 Speed with LSD. The tranny has recently been rebuilt and has no time on it. The car is extremely light. All Porsche factory competition cars from the 60s, 70s and 80s are priced near $1MM today. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a Porsche 911 with professional and historic racing provenance at a very fair value. The car would be welcomed at any historic competition or display events. She would make an excellent “Colorado Grand” rally entrant. Documents included are: - Original German title - US Importation documents - ONO / FIA Wagenpass (Logbook) - SCCA Logbook - HSR Logbook As the car is a competition vehicle, it is sold on a Bill of Sale only with all of the documents referenced above included. Seller can facilitate export from the ports of Savannah and Charleston if desired.

1971 Porsche 911 T Coupe Original Colors = Irish Green with Black Interior Engine appears to be the original unit and it does rotate, have not tried to crank it. Engine # 6116765 Carbs are Weber 40 IDA that we rebuilt 3-4 years ago according to prior owner I do not have the COA, but should have it to post to this ad in a few days The body panels seem straight and solid with no signs of crash damage. The roof and front lid paint is coming off - these panels are solid The car will need the typical early 911 floor pan, battery box, fuel tank support, rear children seats, rear parcel shelf and rocker repairs. Prior owner started to replace the rear parcel shelf and int the process he did not weld the rear lid hinge brackets in place - needs to be completed. All needed repair panels are available now - this car should be restored! Desirable color in an early long hood 911! Seller will gladly assist export buyers in transporting the car to the port of Charleston, SC or Savannah, GA for a small fee.
