Overall, this 2001 Boxster S is in good condition, especially for a 16 year old car. It has under 95k miles, good leather seats, brand new front tires, upgraded stereo/head unit and upgraded Carrera wheels. There is a scratch over rear driver's side wheel, which you can see in the picture. One of the reasons I'm selling is due to our parking situation, we currently don't have a garage or off street parking and the Boxster has been dinged because of it. OPTIONAL HARD TOP!!! Convertible top and motor are in outstanding shape, as well. I absolutely love driving this Boxster S, it's my third one!! But with out parking situation, it just doesn't make sense to keep her. We bought her mid-summer and there have been several owners prior to me, but from what I can tell it has been maintained very very well. I did replace the front tires and the Mass Air Flow sensor about two months ago, and the oil was changed recently, as well. Likely I'll look for another fun ride this summer, but for now this one is for sale. I'll do my best to answer any and all questions and thanks for looking. This is an outstanding '98 Boxster. Looks great---no major scratches, dents or dings. Leather seats show normal wear. Carpet is Very Good. Top has only minor wear--clear panel is very good. Headlight lenses are clear, as are tail light lenses. Goodyear Eagle tires have less than 5K miles and are virtually new. Extra rear tires VG. Struts and starter have less than 2k miles. Engine is Excellent--does not burn oil. VERY responsive. Car feels great to drive and is a real head-turner. Great chance to enjoy a Porsche without breaking the bank. I have put 30K on the car and have never felt like I had to "baby" it. Nor have I had to spend a lot on it---just routine maintenance and new struts and tires. Car has passed Virginia Emissions and Safety inspections. You can drive it with confidence.
