At 80K miles the Tiptronic Transmission was replaced, At 90K miles the engine was upgraded to a 2002 - 2.7 Liter Engine with 34K miles which has the higher horsepower and torque of the 2.7 for greater flexibility. . So there are only 44,000 miles on this engine currently. It just runs fantastic, The tires are less than a year old with 1K miles on them.
