Hello Everyone and welcome to my listing! I have a 2000 Red Pontiac Firebird for sale. It's a great running beautiful car. It's a smooth operating automatic holding a V6 3.8L engine. It has close to 118,000 original miles. The vehicle has power windows, locks, mirrors, driver seat. No accident history. A new fuel pump, catalytic converter and brakes were recently installed. The car has a ground effects body kit which could use some minor touch up paint, but overall great condition. The vehicle has a Flowmaster exhaust with basically BRAND NEW tires and rims. The vehicle does have t-tops that do not leak and an aftermarket pioneer cd player. They seriously have barely been used. The headlights flip up and flip down. They work, but sometimes the left one goes up a little slower than the right. The car does need a new window motor on the drivers side. It goes all the way up except for a half inch. These are two common problems on the Firebirds and trans ams. It doesn't leak though. The top of the dash has a crack in it. The power locks on the drivers side needs to be fixed. It's missing the passenger visor. It was gone when I bought the car. The SECURITY light is on which has something to do with the keys, but again it works fine. The ABS INOP light is on and has been on. I've gotten the brakes replaced and they work fine. Very responsive, but the light is still on. I had purchased the car from a middle aged couple. I've only had the car for a few years and I love it. I really don't want to sell it, but I'm moving to Colorado in a week and a half and I need a 4x4. I'm listing as 5700 or best offer. No low ball offers please. This is an excellent price for an excellent car. They don't make these anymore so get it while you can. PRICE REDUCED. WILL NOT REDUCE AGAIN.For sale 1992 Pontiac Firebird. Automatic. Perfect for Knight Rider conversion. Has the great big 305 engine in it, not the smaller 6 cylinder. Runs, but needs a tune up. Also overheats. I think the compressor is shot. Here’s the good and the bad. New Transmission, starter, battery, alternator, and fuses. Also replaced all relays in hopes of getting it to stop overheating. Interior is OK to drive around, but needs complete overhaul. Headliner ripped to shreds. T-tops work (Locks) but leak sometimes. All rubber needs to be replaced or re-conditioned. Dashboard is cracked and has two cracks in the windshield. Headlights work, but temperamental. AC not working (Compressor shot). When my former mechanic worked on it, she was great to drive around. Took her to Massachusetts from NJ several times. Like I said, a good tune up should solve a lot of problems. I’ve got the shop manual for her too. I’ve been trying to build a Knight Rider car for 30 years and have several failed attempts. Just never realized how much time and money this project really needed. I’m asking $4250 for her. She’ll have to be flat bedded or towed because of the overheating issue.
