Hello Everyone and welcome to my listing! I have a 2000 Red Pontiac Firebird for sale. It's a great running beautiful car. It's a smooth operating automatic holding a V6 3.8L engine. It has close to 118,000 original miles. The vehicle has power windows, locks, mirrors, driver seat. No accident history. A new fuel pump, catalytic converter and brakes were recently installed. The car has a ground effects body kit which could use some minor touch up paint, but overall great condition. The vehicle has a Flowmaster exhaust with basically BRAND NEW tires and rims. The vehicle does have t-tops that do not leak and an aftermarket pioneer cd player. They seriously have barely been used. The headlights flip up and flip down. They work, but sometimes the left one goes up a little slower than the right. The car does need a new window motor on the drivers side. It goes all the way up except for a half inch. These are two common problems on the Firebirds and trans ams. It doesn't leak though. The top of the dash has a crack in it. The power locks on the drivers side needs to be fixed. It's missing the passenger visor. It was gone when I bought the car. The SECURITY light is on which has something to do with the keys, but again it works fine. The ABS INOP light is on and has been on. I've gotten the brakes replaced and they work fine. Very responsive, but the light is still on. I had purchased the car from a middle aged couple. I've only had the car for a few years and I love it. I really don't want to sell it, but I'm moving to Colorado in a week and a half and I need a 4x4. I'm listing as 5700 or best offer. No low ball offers please. This is an excellent price for an excellent car. They don't make these anymore so get it while you can. The Formula 350 was the fastest available Pontiac in 1988 and was several hundred pounds less then a comparable GTA. When you chose the 5.7 liter 350 motor it meant that T-tops and a Manual transmission were not available and your only choice was an automatic transmission, and a solid roof. It also came standard with the WS6 suspension package, an oil cooler and 16 inch wheels. The exterior is Bright Red and complimented with a grey cloth interior. The best way to describe this car is a time capsule. It is about nice enough to roll back onto a showroom floor and can almost pass as new. The exterior appears to have all its original paint and is in exceptional condition. This car was clearly stored and covered in a climate controlled environment. The only item that has been replaced are the tires. It has a matched set of Michelin Pilot tires that look like late 1990's vintage but still are in great condition. The interior is equally impressive and still smells new. Absolutely everything works as it should including the power antenna, electric hatch release, headlight motors and even the air conditioning blows ice cold. The only item that seems to have been changed is the radio. It is a correct vintage Delco CD Player and was probably installed when new at the dealer but probably would have had a cassette player instead. The engine compartment and undercarriage of the car is a testament to the life this car has lived. It is not only spotless and original but there is not a speck of rust or corrosion anywhere. You will be hard pressed to find another one in this condition for any price!!! Mechanically it runs and drives just like it did off the showroom floor. It has that classic 5.7 Liter torque and the 700R4 Transmission shifts very crisply through all the gears. There is a small puff of smoke on startup due to the original valve stems are dry which is a common issue and a fairly easy repair. If you wish you could turn back the hands of time to purchase one of these cars, then here is your chance. i have a firebird for sale. car has t tops,,,,no they dont leak as you can see by the pic of the inside, it has brand new ac lines new compressor, new tires, new flow master exhaust with new cat,,,,new antenna, new t top visors, the paint over all is in good condition all except for the doors, would be a sweet ride with a new coat on her,,,i havent seen this color of blue on many of them... as of 9/14/15 HAVE NEW speakers 4 out 6 will be replaced with BOSS not BOSE speakers im putting 6.5 (3 ways) in the doors and behind the seats ,havent figured out if im putting 6x9 in the back or not,,, ,,,has a kenwood system in it,,,for a car with only 10k miles a year on it is in pretty good cond. i just dont have the time to finish doing what i want to do with it, for a v6 gas is not to bad either, i took it to charlotte and got 30 miles to the gal,,,,, the price is pretty firm as i have looked thru the ads i see a few and there and they were going for alot more then mine, and of course most of them are v8's.AS OF ABOUT A MONTH AGO IT STARTED EITHER TICKING OR KNOCKING ,,,IVE HAD IT LOOKED @ THEY COULDNT FIGURE IT ,,,,,ALSO WILL NEED A CLUTCH IN THE NEAR FUTURE,,,,,,CAR STILL RIDES AND DRIVES
