I am the 4th owner of this no-rust LeMans that sat next to a house in California from 1990 until restored in 2008. I acquired this car in 2010 and restored it again. It has been lightly driven in good weather and has been garage kept. I have spent over $17,000 with rebuilt original 350 small block engine (new camshaft, timing chain, pulleys, thermostat, oil pump, plugs, rear main seal, distributor, cap & rotor, pick-up coil, fuel filter, oil and coolant change), upgraded remanufactured TH350 automatic transmission with heavy duty race gears, new Raysbestos friction clutches and 1800 stall t. converter, new starter motor, new Bosch battery, new vinyl top and repaired front seats, new body paint, new headliner, new reproduction tachometer, new Torq Thrust M Black 17"x 8" wheels and Sumitomo tires, (all brake drums and shoes have been cleaned), rear differential fluid has been changed to synthetic, new fuel tank with professionally welded and reinforced neck, and fixed original odometer/speedometer (actual mileage is unknown; fixed at 21,249). It also has aftermarket Coolant Temp, Voltmeter, and Oil Pressure gauges, Sony MP3/CD radio, and Polk speakers. There is a clean and tuned 4 bbl Edelbrock carburetor. The car has dual exhaust, power steering and factory AC, but with uninstalled compressor and heater core. Headlights, Brake lights, Parking lights, and Turn Signal lights all work. Windshield wipers and fluid sprayer also work. This is an awesome car that sounds and drives great, smooth, and powerful. It is not a show car, but a fantastic driver's car to go cruising.
