Up for auction is my excellent 1985 Pontiac Fiero GT. V6 2.8 liter, Automatic 3 speed, all miles original. I have owned the car for more than a year, restoring it almost completely. Title is clear. Having extra vehicles and storage fees are just too much to make keeping it cost effective (as I only drive it once in awhile on nice days). The previous owner had lots of work done to it. I will list those repairs below. I have had a lot of restoration projects done on the car the past year. Those are listed below, too. I understand that I am not going to get all of my investment back from selling it. I am looking for a good owner (preferably an enthusiast). The first owner owned the car from June 1985 - 2014. The second owner was one of my Army Reserve friends who took great care of it. I am the third owner. There aren't many of these GT models left in good condition. I am selling my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. I purchased this car brand new at Armbruster Motor Company in Falls City, NE and have been the only owner of her. She has 9,526 original miles on her and has alwaysbeen housed in the garage with a cover on while not in use. The car is in near perfect condition except for a minor scratch near the exhaust on the rear (pictures included). The car has never been smoked in and has only been driven by a well-seasoned driver. No hot rodding for this baby! I have always had oil changes and check-ups done professionally. The last oil change was under a year ago. There was a recall on the ignition switch that I had taken care of by Hendricks Cadillac dealership in Kansas City, MO. This car has been a lot of fun but unfortunately it spends more time covered in the garage than it does on the road.I am looking to pass on all of the fun to another owner that I am sure will appreciate her as much as I have! Bad: the only problem with the car is transmissions 4th gear which is overdrive and is worn out and does not work anymore but all the other gears work just fine has 177k. The GOOD: I've used this car a lot and It still runs and drives good,newer headlights installed a year ago, had a recall notice in the mail which was for the front valve cover which was serviced back in October 2016 look at pics, tires all have good tread, had 4 new struts installed last summer, new lower motor mount less then 2 months ago, nice clean interior, all switches, gauges, radio, cd player work great even a/c and heat, kept up on my oil changes as well as a fresh transmission fluid change with new filter and gasket. I am selling this car because I have another car and can't afford to keep fixing both vehicles at the same time. I am selling my 1947 Pontiac Torpedo. This car is amazing and definitely stands out among the Fleetlines that are out there as it has some very detailed features and comes with almost all of the options. It has the original Straight 8 that starts right up and purrs like a kitten. This car is all original besides the paint job that somebody tried throwing on it before I bought it. It has some minor defects, but most are easy fixes. I am not sure on the exact mileage, as the odometer doesn't work correctly These 4 door Pontiacs are VERY RARE and this one is in great shape. It spent most of it's life in the state of Washington and the Idaho area, so there is hardly any cancer at all. Definitely not any where it matters! I have turned heads with this car for a little over two years. With a little one and another one the way, I decided it is time to let somebody else enjoy this beauty.
