The contours are smooth and you can look at this car from all angles with confidence and be assured it is a SOLID car! It has not seen any elements of harsh weather and looks incredible! The correct decals have been laid back in place with precision and look very good! The grill has also been redone and looks NEW. The headlights are free of road damage and are super clear. All emblems have been redone and are period correct also. The finish on this exterior is incredible and it is one of the nicest 76s I have ever came across. The engine bay is nice and clean and hosts a period correct 455 that has been rebuilt with documentation. It has been fully balanced and consists of Sealed power pistons, Forged rods and a cast 455 crank. All bearings have been upgraded with Race Quality components as well! The factory heads have been hot tanked and milled. The have also received a valve job and have been ported and flow extremely well! This car sounds incredible with a custom 2 ½ in. exhaust that is stainless and so is the cross pipe. It starts, runs and drives GREAT. It pulls hard through every gear and shifts incredibly smooth through a rebuilt 4spd. Manual transmission. The interior is all original and has been kept in an incredible fashion. The seats look really good and I am pretty sure the rears have never been sat on before! The center console looks great with hardly any wear! This is the car that STARTED the muscle car revolution. You can dispute and say it was the 49 Olds or the 55 Chrysler or a couple other but, the 64 GTO literally opened the door for a whole bunch of mid-60’s and early 70’s American muscle cars. This car IS the start! No if ands or buts about it! This is a PHS documented GTO and is a fine example of American history. The restoration was done with extreme attention to detail and the end result is STUNNING! The panels looks really good and there is no sign of rust on them. The body lines are true and crisp and the curves have a nice clean radius to them. The doors all shut as they should without any sag. The trunk opens just as it should without any striker issues. The hood opens and closes as it should with no issues. The paint was laid down very well and graces the body in an incredible fashion. It was repainted trim tag correct Gulfstream Aqua Blue, a rare factory color that looks super cool and stands out from other 64s! There are some rock chips but they have been touched up very well. All of the trim and bumpers shine with confidence as do the headlights witch are free of clouds without any chips or cracks and NO condensation build up. The emblems look beautiful and are put in the correct spots. The rally wheels look to be brand new as do the redline tires! All glass is in great condition and free of cracks. The interior is super clean and looks to be brand new! The seats look like they have never been sat on without any distress lines! The carpet is free of stains, tears and rips and looks awesome. The dash pad is NOT sunbaked and looks to be brand new as well! The head liner is super clean and free of damage as well. This interior is top notch and the gauges are super clear as well! This GTO retains its factory AM radio that makes noise but doesn’t work. The door panels look to be recovered as well and ALL hardware works. The trunk looks great and includes the spare tire and a jack. This car runs, drives and stops incredibly well and is one of the best driving classics I have sat in EVER! The fit and feel of this machine driving down the road is incredible! It pulls great through every gear and feels awesome with your foot into the gas! The car is powered by a 389 with Tri-Power but was originally equipped with a 4- Barrel (as the PHS shows). It shifts incredibly well and the clutch feels super strong. No hiccups when running through the rears at all! The Muncie M20-Speed manual transmission is believed to be original as well as the rear end but unfortunately Pontiac didn’t start serial matching until mid-67. This transmission and rear end give you an incredible amount of control of a timeless American classic! With power steering and power disc brakes this car is defiantly a driver that is comfortable and road worthy. The undercarriage is super solid and clean as pictures show. The frame on the car is original and in excellent condition! I have pictured ALLOT of cars undercarriages and for a driver this thing looks better than allot of cars from the 2000,s! This car is not made to be sitting in a show room, although it does look AMAZING sitting in here! Truly a piece of automotive history. Repainted to a period correct Solar Red that looks STUNNING. It was laid down well and I would say is a strong eight and a half out of ten. It is hard to put a number on paint as people’s opinions differ, but I am VERY critical on paint in our show room under the florescent light. The grill and rear bumper shine well and look great, being true and vibrant. The doors shut like brand new and body gaps look great. The 17in Year One rims give this GTO an AWESOME stance! The deep dish wheels really make it stand out and are one of my favorite features on the car. They are wrapped in a BF Goodrich G-Force sport and look awesome. I have driven plenty of cars running this same tire and I absolutely love them! The interior having so many brand new items looks show room quality. The front buckets have no sign of wear and the back fallow suit as well. The wood steering wheel looks incredible resting in the wood grain dash with super clear gauges. No sight of a foggy cluster here folks! The radio has the appearance of a classic but has an aux in and usb hook up in the ash tray!
