I installed my own custom bumpers, chromed original grille, and made the inserts where the original bumpers bolt in. I also installed Viper side covers and put new short splash guards on the front. I still have all the original parts and they will be given with this sale. This car is so reliable that I would drive it anywhere without any worries. This is truly a special Prowler and THE final "Plymouth" year for the Prowler. Originally purchased as a collector vehicle, we now need to make room for a different car. Only driven to local shows and local drives/cruises. This is a concourse vehicle - the car can be displayed at car shows or used as an exotic driver. It is advertised as "Used" as the vehicle has had one owner (that is selling the car), but in reality it is in spectacular new showroom condition. SPECIAL HISTORY: Officially, Plymouth never advertised a "Yellow" prowler in 2000, yet this is a Yellow car from the factory. Supplied with this car is the ORIGINAL Plymouth Dealer Car Option Brochures (those 2 foot long thick dealer sheets you scrolled through like a book that were in place at a kiosk style table) which validate 100% that Plymouth did not advertise a Yellow Prowler in 2000. So, why is this car yellow? After much research and speaking to Chrysler, it appears that this 2000 model year vehicle was painted in an early run with the yellow paint that was correct for the 1999 model year. All documentation is provided via the Dealer Kiosk brochures. VALUATION: The Hagerty Insurance Valuation of this specific vehicle is $43,900.oo - see link here - https://www.hagerty.com/valuationtools/HVT/VehicleSearch/Report?vbe=18485 CONDITION: The car was purchased new and has only the one original owner. The car is virtually perfect and will appear and drive as new as it only has 2,400 miles. Garage kept the entire life of the vehicle and has never seen rain while owned. There is an extra set of floor mats that were purchased in case the originals were worn even in the slightest bit. The originals were never worn, so this is a bonus. Chrome wheels are next to perfect. Super clean underside still retains it's factory decals & stickers. Here is a great chance to own a very unique car that will be the center of attention everywhere you go. I have had this car parked next to cars that are worth high 6 figures and I was drawling the attention. This car is up for sale as it was too difficult for my wife to drive. We recently did the timing belt along with all of the fluids before winter storage. This is a major service and one that will be required on ALL prowlers regardless of miles. The belt is rubber and begins to breakdown over time.
