Contact me with any questions, Paul: Four 1 Four - 2 Five 4 - One One 8 One. The year 1971 brought significant change to the American muscle car, with a number of model redesigns appearing. One was the release of the 2-door G-series Chrysler B-bodies, including the Charger/Super Bee and GTX/Road Runner muscle cars. At the time, few foresaw how close to the end of this era the Big Three manufacturers were. In fact, the 1971 model run was also the end of the high-performance equipment as originally optioned on this beautiful 440 Six Barrel Road Runner. This body was called the ‘fuselage’ style and featured much smoother, more dramatic edges than previous renderings of the classic Plymouth. This was the direct result of ongoing aerodynamic testing that Chrysler had been involved in, and it proved apt on the NASCAR circuit, where this design took Richard Petty to 21 event crowns and the first-ever Winston Cup title that season. On this car, painted C7 “In-Violet”, with the tuxedo White and Black interior, the roof is augmented by a black rear-angled strobe graphic that laced over from the top and ended in Road Runner logos on each side. The factory rear spoiler only adds to its appeal as raw yet respectable power. While the color itself lends to this car’s attraction, other visual points of interest are hood tie-down pins, body color sport mirrors, raised white-letter Goodyear Polyglas tires and 15 x 7 Rallye wheels (as ordered). To further state the cars “As Ordered” agenda to go fast in a straight line approximately a ¼ mile at a time, it was ordered without power steering or a radio! While the styling change did end production of convertibles, high-compression engines were still available—among them the Hemi, the 340 and the one-of-just-137-built 440 Six Barrel models like this car. Shortened to 6BBL in Plymouth nomenclature, the big engine was rated at 385 HP in 1971, featuring three Holley 2-barrel carburetors atop a semi high-rise intake manifold. Flow-rated at more than 1,000 CFM, this trio would open based on engine vacuum and simply blur the entire vision of anybody inside the car as it accelerated, coupled to the roar of air being pulled in and screaming rear tires. Callouts on the stylized hood let everyone know that this car means nothing but business. This car came with the A833 4-speed “Hemi” transmission, ably shifted with a short-handled Hurst Pistol Grip. The car was ordered with the optional bucket seats, podded instrument cluster and radio delete! A Dana 60 differential (with 4.10 gears and the sure-grip option) is under the rear end, visible behind the factory rear valance blackout graphics. We mentioned this was the end. Though Road Runner continued on for 1972, the code-E87 Six Pack engine was to be discontinued at year’s end with its boots on, with solid 10.5:1 compression and visible notoriety. Coupled with low production numbers, the desirable 4-speed/Dana driveline, this car showcases the very end of Detroit’s legendary supercar era. If you read the articles on this car, you will know why it doesn’t retain its original drive-train. There is a properly date coded 440 as well as an original Hemi 18-spline transmission and an original ’71 B-body Dana. The car was restored from 1994 to 1996 and brought to the Mopar Nationals, and has only been driven approximately 3000 miles since. Currently has 15 x 7 steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps. It looks as good as it does in the pictures. I know “Fresh” restorations are preferred, but wouldn’t you rather have a car that has withstood the test of time and shows its true colors? I have seen many undocumented restorations come apart at the seams as years go on due to replacement metal/shoddy body and paint. The bodywork and paint was applied by Rick “RestoRick” Kreuziger, one of the best if not the best in the Mopar world. http://www.restorick.com/ The paint, chrome, trim, interior, etc. are in amazing condition. While it isn’t a fresh restoration, it is still a top the scoreboard at a #2 or better. Pictures document the process from pulling the car out of the pole barn with 100% original paint to the final day of the restoration! There was no broadcast sheet as the seats were parted from the car, but the fender tag is present and all the body numbers are still in place as well as the original door sticker. With less than 1% of total production, how many are still in existence today? How many still retain all of their original sheet metal? How many have documented ownership back to the original purchase? There are only four (4) documented owners prior to myself. How many have a video documenting the day it was brought home? This car is being sold "As Is" with no warranties either expressed or implied. A $1,000.00 deposit is to be made via Paypal immediately after auction is won. The balance must be made by wire transfer within seven (7) days of auction close. I am willing to sell to international buyers as long as you meet these terms and take care of all transportation arrangements and fees. I can hold the car up to 30 days to accommodate the shippers schedule at no additional charge. I have a perfect Ebay rating and want to keep it that way, so if you have ANY questions, ask them prior to the purchase! Please contact me PRIOR TO A BEST OFFER SO THAT WE ARE BOTH ON THE SAME PAGE IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT AND TRANSPORTATION. Serious bidders only with cash on hand!!!!Thanks for looking! The car is for sale locally as well and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Current Values From Hagerty:• #1 Concours $99,800 Condition #1 vehicles are the best in the world. The visual image is of the best vehicle, in the right colors, driving onto the lawn at the finest concours. Perfectly clean, the vehicle has been groomed down to the tire treads. Painted and chromed surfaces are mirror-like. Dust and dirt are banned, and materials used are correct and superbly fitted. The one word description for #1 vehicles is "concours." • #2 Excellent $82,600 #2 vehicles could win a local or regional show. They can be former #1 vehicles that have been driven or have aged. Seasoned observers will have to look closely for flaws, but will be able to find some not seen by the general public. The paint, chrome, glass and finishes will all appear as excellent. No excessive smoke will be seen on startup, no unusual noises will emanate from the engine. The vehicle will drive as a new vehicle of its era would. The one word description for #2 vehicles is "excellent." • #3 Good $67,400 #3 vehicles could possess some, but not all of the issues of a #4 vehicle, but they will be balanced by other factors such as a fresh paint job or a new, correct interior where applicable. #3 vehicles drive and run well, but might have some incorrect parts. These vehicles are not used for daily transportation but are ready for a long tour without excuses, and the casual passerby will not find any visual flaws. "Good" is the one word description of a #3 vehicle. • #4 Fair $50,300 #4 vehicles are daily drivers, with flaws visible to the naked eye. The chrome might have pitting or scratches, the windshield might be chipped. Paintwork is imperfect, and perhaps the body has a minor dent. Split seams or a cracked dash, where applicable, might be present. No major parts are missing, but the wheels could differ from the originals, or other non- stock additions might be present. A #4 vehicle can also be a deteriorated restoration. "Fair" is the one word that describes a #4 vehicle. Value Adjustments+10% for 4-spd. Colors can make an astonishing difference in both value and salability.

This fantastic 39,000 original mile, Tor Red, 4 speed, P/S, P/B, Rallye Dash AAR 'Cuda has been in my collection for over ten years.  It unrestored with the exception of one very high quality repaint and engine compartment detailing of a superior quality original car. It does have a (REAL) factory warranty replacement block that was really installed under warranty in 1970- with the paper tag still on the rivet on the side. Blank VIN pad, correct (warranty) date code, real TA casting block confirmed by Galen as the real deal. Original numbers matching transmission and 3.91:1 rear. Of course it also has all of its original factory fender tags and VIN tag as well. Everything on the engine is original, carburetors (just concours restored by Custom Rebuilt Carbs of NJ), air cleaner, distributor, exhaust manifolds, etc.  Original sheetmetal, interior, even original factory installed exhaust (with replacement Chrysler 1975 dated mufflers installed in 1977) still in place. Original (not reproduction) tires. All original glass with the exception of the windshield which is a old (period) PPG replacement. Runs, drives, looks and sounds as new. Featured on the cover of (and road tested in) Automobile Magazine's July 2006 issue (the two artsy photos posted here are from that article.) Featured on MuscleCar TV May 2007 with yours truly driving for the "MuscleCar Flashback" segment. Use this link to check it out (the AAR segment starts at the 10m10s mark, you only have to suffer through two 15 second ads to get there!): This AAR on TV Again, other than the repaint and maintenance items the car is an incredibly original 39,000 mile car that feels like it should, something that can never be duplicated with a catalog full of Chinese parts hung around the rusty remains of an original AAR 'Cuda VIN. I think you can see how good this car is in the video witnessed by me throwing it around on a road course. I have the original books, including the warranty book, but have not torn the car apart to locate the Broadcast sheet. I would be happy to make any deal contingent upon Galen Govier verifying the car at my expense once a deposit was in place. He did a visual inspection on the car for me in 2005 or 2006 but I realize a decade has passed and a fresh report would make a potential buyer feel that much better.  As for who I am my name is Colin Comer and I am the author of numerous books on muscle and collector cars including "Million Dollar Muscle Cars" and "The All American Muscle Car." I am also Editor at Large for numerous well-known car magazines. I have a very well-known collection of my own and, again, I have a long (10+ year) history with this fantastic AAR and assure you it will not disappoint. I am simply selling it because I am starting to "tighten up" my collection to a more manageable number and this AAR deserves to be somewhere it will be exercised regularly and shown off more than I have the time to these days. It is certainly not your average AAR- even if there is such a thing! Its color combo, options, and integrity are the reason I love it so much and expect you will as well. I am happy to answer questions from serious buyers, provide additional photos and discuss the car at length. It is also available for any type of inspection you desire in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with an appointment any time during this listing. I have a well-lit shop with a hoist available as well as a full service shop on site ready to assist. Please note I am not looking for any trades. I reserve the right to pull the AAR from the market at any time or to sell it elsewhere without notice. I'm sure there is lots of other mumbo-jumbo I could put here but I'll skip the scary boilerplate BS stuff because it isn't needed here.  Thank you for your interest in my AAR.

Original #’s 383 4-speed (1 of 553). Nut & bolt rotisserie restoration show car. 425 HP/ 450 Ft.Lbs. The (factory red color) base/clear paintwork is stunning along with the rest of the car. She still maintains a stock appearance, giving it that stealthy attitude down to the dogdish hubcaps. Unlike many of the restored A-body cars for sale that only have stock, low performing parts (axles, bolts, brake drums, ignitions, stock cam, bias tires, bushings, etc), not so with this car! A professionally ‘built-to-drive’ street car that has many subtle internal performance upgrades for that piece of mind (listed below). Interior has Legendary covers, restored rallye steering wheel, new carpet, sills, headliner. Exterior has new quarters, returns, radiator support & inner fenders (had fenderwell headers back in the day), door handles, mirror, tail finish panels, tail lights and bezels, bumpers. Contoured frame ties & Hemi torque boxes. The stock parts, build sheet & fender tag are also included. Well over $50K in receipts. This car is just a blast to drive! I've put only 50 miles on it since the recent restoration, so she's pretty much a new car. The power to weight ratio is pretty impressive with the big block, but not so hairy that you can't cruise to your favorite malt shop accross town. Don't miss out on owning this limited production MoPar. How many red big block 4-speed Formula S cars are there? Priced under market value for quick sale. Serious interests only. Please ask any & all questions before buying. Include your Email for more detailed info & pics! Engine- original #’s block .030 & (0) decked 10/1 compression. I bought the car in 2012 with 500 miles on eBay from Texas and was told it had over $100,000 of restoration in it. This is from the listing in 2012: Car from Rochester, New York and brought to Texas for complete restoration. Car was dipped, all rust removed and all new metal used in restoration. No money or parts spared. Has hidden A/C and heat control in glove box and custom plumbing for A/C hoses. $20,000 paint job - hard to find a better one. Mopar gauges, pistol grip shifter, Temec TKO-600 5 speed kit from Kiesler, .64 final drive gear, 11" Borg N Beck clutch, 489 case in 8.75 powder coated rear end. 3:91 Richmond gears. SSBC front disc brakes, Wizard cooling custom radiator, March serpentine belt system, Electric in tank fuel pump, Chrome master cylinder, Coker red lien tires, stainless steel brake lines, fiberglass lift off hood, ceramic headers, ready to sun MSD distributor, Holley 2300 new carbs, motor completely rebuilt, polished Edelrock intake, custom exhaust, many new Mopar performance parts and original used parts used. Pictures from before restoration attached. Since then I had power disc brakes installed all around, 4.10 gear ratio and leaves added to lift rear end. No scratches or dings. Message me for more pictures and videos. Car is in Lake Geneva, WI in a heated garage with cover.

This is a 1936 Plymouth Business Coupe with a straight 6 with manual 3 speed stick. and is an all original car except for seal-beam conversion headlights. This Mopar coupe was purchased by me about 28 years ago from my former bother in-law who purchased in barn find in Michigan on a trip to look at a split window Corvette. After that he sent it out and had it stripped and bottom blasted and had it painted in Plymouth Maroon and the bottom in black, and then he married and started a family and as money got tight was forced to sell and i purchased it and have owned since and have spent the years finding all the parts to finish which i have done, the only thing left to do is the interior which the old interior is their to copy. All the interior trim and dash were set out and done in wood grain finish and is beautifully done, new glass was cut, new tires, and new or upgraded many of the rest of the parts as needed. I have ran the motor each year and has always ran great. I have not done that this year yet as the 6 volt battery died over the winter and have not replaced it yet. Their are no issue's with the clutch or transmission, but brakes will need to be bled. I have an opportunity to purchase a 36 Plymouth Convertible and is the only reason that i will part with this coupe, as I am rising cash for that purchase, but I will not go below my set price as this as as nice as it gets with still some work to be done so you can still feel like you had a hand in the completion. I wish to see this to stay stock and not hot-rodded. Before I forget there is a small dent in the left front fender from years ago when my daughter took a bike down in the garage from a ceiling hook and the petal hit the metal. Questions please call me at 920-912-6933, 9am-9pm cst if no answer leave message i will return all calls. Thanks Steven
