There are no rips or tears in the interior or in the convertible top. If you grew up in the 60's and 70's then you remember the pistol grip shifters that were all the rage then and still are today. We just can't say enough how fun this car is to drive. Under the shaker hood resides 360 Cubic inches of Mopar fun putting out 390 HP and believe us when we tell you that you feel every ounce of them when you step on the gas. This is matted to a Tremec 5 speed transmission which is going to give you the ability to cruise down the highway, after you bang some gears at the drag strip. The looks of this car just keep on going with the 18" wheels up front as well as the 20" wheels in the rear. Now we know that with all of the go this car has it also needs to whoah. That is accomplished with front power disc brakes that will stop you on a dime and leave change. All of the handling up front is handled by some well appreciated power steering. We all know that you would not want to have to turn this car with manual steering. The sounds of this car are something to behold as well. While you are cruising down the road listening to the beautiful rumble of those 360 cubic inches you can crank up the tunes in your custom stereo. With a nice head unit in the dash and an amp and sub in the trunk your ears will just be in heaven between the two. Just Toys Classic Cars is very proud to present a very cool sleeper of a muscle car. Before you here is a 1966 Plymouth Barracuda. This car has very cool lines. Admittedly, this car was right before the major muscle car era of hemi cuda's and challengers and things like that, but let me tell you something, this car has tons of style and when you open up the hood and see what is underneath, you will see why we are calling this a sleeper. There has been one repaint within the last 5 years and it presents very well on this car. The panels are straight as an arrow, and the fit and finish is right on the money. You know that there is something a little more than stock when you see the scoop on the hood with the custom air brushed Barracuda on it. Now that you are getting over just how cool this car is open that driver door and slide yourself in to the very comfortable two tone gray and black leather seats. There is no way that the original seats were as comfortable, and have as much bolstering as these do. The back seat is original and in great shape as are all of the components of the interior. Things like door panels, dash, and head liner are all good to go. There is not much to the interiors of old Plymouth's, but where there is, is very clean. So you know you have been waiting to do it, so give that gas pedal a couple of pumps and reach out and turn that key. Under the hood is a very potent 360 that has been turned .030 over with new high swirl heads, purple cam, and roller lifters. Doug's long tube headers are going to put that ear to ear grin on your face as they dump out through the great sound that flowmaster is known for in their mufflers. Now, you are trying to find a great piece of open road so you can open this thing up and see what she can do. Just grab the T handle on that new Hurst shifter and put this bad boy in 1st and get ready to plant your butt firmly in the back of that comfortable seat. Now, you better get ready to grab second quick because this sleeper has been equipped with a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and throw out bearing, and all of the clutch linkage has been rebuilt. This car is going to grab some rubber and get. All of this awesome power is going to exit out to a Mopar sure grip 8 3/4 rear end that is stuffed with 3.23 gears to give you some punch out of the whole but the ability to drive it on the highway some as well. All of this go is nothing without a lot of whoooooah. This car is equipped with new power disc brakes up front with a new master cylinder and drums in the rear. There are soooooooo many other things that have been to this car that we could mention that we could make your eyes roll in the back of your head. If you h ave questions ask. We have the whole list. Bottom line is that this car looks like a sleeper, but once you fire her up, people are going to know that you have something to contend with.
