1970 Oldsmobile 442 project car 344770Mxxxxxx. Has matching numbers VIN and Fisher Body Tag, Originally Paint Code 28 - Twilight Blue, Bucket seats, 4 speed of course (pedals still in car). This car is unique in that it was stored inside for years and has very minimal rust. All the panels are solid, trunk is solid. Frame is solid. Dashboard is NOT cracked. Original 455 and M21 long gone. I do have a 400 and a TH400 that goes with car. 12 bolt rear end. All glass is very good, no cracks. Engine is in pieces for rebuild. Car is mostly complete with all parts including interior parts. Car was a drag car in the 80's and has a small cut-out in floor board on the hump for shifter. Includes Hurst Shifter from the 70's and the first Cheetah shifter manufactured in 1982. This is a real 4-4-2 car as indicated by Fisher Body plate and VIN. I have clear title. This would make a great project that I was planning to do, but I am working on others that are farther along and need money for those. this is an all original car purchased from original owner 3 years ago matching number drivetrain that has been rebuilt runs perfect drives like a new one no rust ever paint still looks decent top has no bubbles under it either original carpet dash pad perfect has p/s p/b a/c vacuum operated trunk opener in glove box light it trunk I put a new mat in trunk it is perfect under mat the frame still has some black paint on it from factory I replaced the exhaust with flow master and aluminum pipes factory hub caps also the front seat has been recovered it had came loose at the seams everything works all lights and radio rear seat speaker has new bf ta radials have a buy it now only it is a great car like it is or you can restore it and know what you have car sold as is only reason for selling need the funds good luck ended auction by mistake
