1970 Oldsmobile 442 Project

1970 Oldsmobile 442 project car 344770Mxxxxxx. Has matching numbers VIN and Fisher Body Tag, Originally Paint Code 28 - Twilight Blue, Bucket seats, 4 speed of course (pedals still in car). This car is unique in that it was stored inside for years and has very minimal rust. All the panels are solid, trunk is solid. Frame is solid. Dashboard is NOT cracked. Original 455 and M21 long gone. I do have a 400 and a TH400 that goes with car. 12 bolt rear end. All glass is very good, no cracks. Engine is in pieces for rebuild. Car is mostly complete with all parts including interior parts. Car was a drag car in the 80's and has a small cut-out in floor board on the hump for shifter. Includes Hurst Shifter from the 70's and the first Cheetah shifter manufactured in 1982. This is a real 4-4-2 car as indicated by Fisher Body plate and VIN. I have clear title. This would make a great project that I was planning to do, but I am working on others that are farther along and need money for those. VIN 3J57T5M. 1975 Hurst Olds W-30 Cutlass Supreme 455-4 Limited slip rear end Hurst shifter A/C, Swivel bucket seats with reversible cushions T-Tops. Problems are the driver seat could use new cover. Right lower 1/4 there is a spot that is the size of a quarter that is getting soft. I put my finger on it but it does not pock throw but I would put a little patch on it. There is a little bubble area on left fender bye the W-30 sticker. RTL has little crack and left rear bumper filler needs replaced. Look at pictures and if you need more call me. They made 1,000 1975 Hurst Olds 500 Black 500 White this is a White one and is 1 of 40 registered the rest are gone. Trunk, hood, doors fenders all look good. Has Hurst T-Tops, No cracks in dash, original am fm 8 track. Floors are great and carpet looks good. Engine compartment all original no extra wires and nothing cut. I have tons of papers to include owners manual and special Hurst Olds lit from factory I WILL NOT ANSWER E-MAIL OR TEXT SO CALLS ONLY. This is not my car I'm listing it for a friend to settle a estate. Clean title I can arrange shipping on a single car open trailer for $1 a mile but everything must be paid for before car leaves. I encourage anyone who has a interest to call me and come inspect it. Underneath is solid with minimum scale and I'm not aware of any damage to this vehicle at any time. There is crazing of paint on top of left quarter see picture. I would fix spots and blend in repainted area such as left quarter to keep it original as possible but if you can find W-30 stickers and do a total repaint you would have a awesome car. Beautiful 1940 Oldsmobile Club Coupe. The photos do not do this car justice. This car is solid from top to bottom, body, chassis, engine, interior and needs nothing but gas and a new owner to enjoy a beautifully restored California car. Car starts and drives wonderfully. The interior, while not done in original type material is very tasteful and well done and in perfect condition. The car is smooth and quiet. The doors open and shut like new. The engine purrs like a kitten. Everything works including the radio! This is a solid #2+ car. If you are an Oldsmobile fan you'd be very hard pressed to find a nicer example of this beautiful body style. The body is straight and rust-free and the paint is nearly flawless. The only blemish I could find was a "bump" about the size of the end of my finger where the roofline meets the body at the back. I'm not sure what caused this "bump" but it does not appear to be a rust bubble. The chrome shines nice although some could probably stand to be polish to bring it up to show standards. Great condition Bravada SUV for sale. This car was the luxury version of the rugged off-road Chevy Trailblazer. The car is very clean and free of rust. No issues at all, everything works. Even the tires are very new and have a bunch of tread. This car is very smooth on the highway, and the leather seats are extremely comfortable (even in the back). Like any good SUV, the rear seats fold down for extra storage space.
