I am looking to sell my 2010 Nissan Versa hatchback- it's been a great car for me, but I'm looking to upgrade. It's in excellent working condition! I'm a stickler for maintenance, and I have a detailed carfax report from two weeks ago that I'm happy to send along. There's been repairs to the front and back after minor fender-benders, but the work was guaranteed through Progressive. The armrest on the driver's side is frayed, but aside from that, no issues that I'm aware of! The carfax report estimates the value at $5,140, but I'm offering it at $4,299. Buyer is responsible for taxes, title transfer fees, and any transportation of the vehicle outside of the Pittsburgh, PA area.
