This is a beautiful low mileage 2012 Nissan Maxima SV. The car runs great with no issues whatsoever. The car has had a new engine placed in it and hence the rebuilt title. The car has been inspected and passed a DMV inspection and was consequently issued the title. The car comes with beautiful tinted windows and everything works on the car. The car has been barely driven at 4490 miles for a 2012 Nissan Maxima SV. There will be no problems registering the vehicle or reselling at any in in the future. I purchased this vehicle through my company for my sister, But she decided to proceed on a study abroad program and consequently does not need the vehicle right now. I bought this car new and have been the only driver of vehicle. Vehicle has never been smoked in and ninety nine percent of time I have been the only occupant . As can be seen from the pictures the exterior of the vehicle is very extremely clean. No way to tell it from a new vehicle. A closer inspection will show a few scuff marks on the rear bumper and the usual but very minor front bumper wear. Only actual ding is very small in driver door. Get a little dirt on it and it disappears. As for the interior, since I have been the only driver and occupant I would call it close to perfect.You would be hard pressed to know that it was used. On to mechanical issues. There have been two. The first one was at 500 miles. Failed drivers door handle. Not the handle if self but the electrical part that communicates with key fob. The other issue was bad front struts. I noticed at about 11,000 miles a noise when going over speed breakers at low speeds.. Turns out that the strut bearings were bad from manufacturer from the start. Replace under warranty. Since then it has run and performed flawlessly. Has a clean Carfax with no issues reported. I have most of the oil change receipts and maintenance records from Nissan dealership. In the pictures you will notice a picture of SiriusXM. That s because it come with a lifetime subscription. I bought the lifetime package when vehicle was new and it is linked to vehicle, not subscriber. So you have free SiriusXM for as long as you own vehicle. That s all I can thinks of off hand but I m sure there will be questions. Please feel free to call me. I suffer from hearing loss so depending on where I am I may need to give you a call back when I m in a quieter environment , A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance, Always garaged, Excellent condition, Factory GPS system, Fully loaded with all the goodies, Looks & drives great, Never seen snow, New tires, One owner, Satellite radio, Seats like new, Title in hand, Well maintained
