Life priorities have a way of changing while in the middle of building a car. That's what happened to me, so I'm selling my 95 240sx with some of the parts I was planning to install at some point. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange transportation. Now, onto the details of the car. Basically everything mechanical has been taken care of except for swapping an engine (still rocking the stock ka24). The shell of the car has lived in VA and NC for its first 5 owners so there is no rust/rot from salted roads. There is surface rust in a few places and having had this car just about all the way apart and back together again it is a really solid shell for someone to start with. The car runs and drives, has a fresh alignment and passed the sniff test emissions for pre OBDII cars when I lived in VA with flying colors. Currently 209k on the odometer.
