ColorTanTitleClearUp for sale we have a beautiful and very rare 1948 Nash Ambassador 4860 Sedan with Trunk, Delux The car shows very good on the exterior and fair on the interior. Mechanically, the Nash starts up, runs drives and shifts well. The engine and transmission feel good and don't make any bad noises, rattles or vibrations that they shouldn't. The body is in very good condition with some rust in the rockers but elsewhere, little to none. The car has been repainted and is a good job at best, but shines well and is a solid "10 footer". All of the chrome is intact but pitting and all of the original ID plates and trim are intact. The interior is where the car could use the most attention with a sagging headliner, and worn seat covers and door panels. However all of the accessory switches, emblems, handles and arm rests are intact and seem to be functioning properly. The tires and wheels are in decent shape as well. The original gas tank is missing and has been replaced with a plastic tank in the trunk. The Nash would make a fairly easy restoration or could be touched up slightly and driven as-is.
