I am selling this 1979 MGB with 96k miles. This car was purchased from the original owner this summer and has been stored inside. This car is really solid. Look how rust free this one is! That is the key when buying one of these. The motor runs strong. The 4 speed transmission shifts through all of the gears great! What a fun car to drive! It is small but feels safe. The car will drive on the highway and keep up just fine. The tires are all matching radial Dunlop tires including the new spare tire. The brake hoses (3 total) were just changed. The brakes are disk in the front and drum in the rear. Lots of life left on the pads and shoes. The suspension feels great. The exhaust is all there and seems pretty solid. There is a small hold in one weld but it is quiet still. The oil was just changed and the car has nice fresh fuel. The gauge is not working. The top is in decent condition. The carpet has been removed because I was intending on buying and fitting the carpet kit available on Ebay but never did. It does show in the pictures how solid this car is in the floor boards ect. The seats are in good shape. They adjust properly. The fan works. The wipers work but one arm is missing. The horn works and the lights are working. The mirror needs a tiny clip to hold it on better so I put the mirror in the glove box along with the manuals. The emergency brake works. The car was painted over 10 years ago and it was done very well. The car has a nice finish. There are some little dings and scratches but it still is a very nice car to drive around the town. These are rising in value fast. You won't be sorry buying one of these. LOTS OF FUN!! I have a clean clear title in hand ready to transfer. Thank you for your time. Make me an offer.
