One of only less than 800 making it to the shores of the United States, from the famous Morris Garage in Abbington, England, this 1969 MGC GT Fastback is one of the rarest vintage sports cars in the world. But what makes this particular jewel even rarer, is its automatic gearbox. Described as one of the most controversial sports cars to ever come out of Abbington, the MGC GT was short lived but was never short on attention. 2900 12CC Straight-line 6 Version. 15" wheels. With over $15,000 in renovation and engine work, this 1969 MGC GT has been finished in its original Mineral Blue, with black on black interior. It represents a rare opportunity for collectors, or a family, to own a true classic whose rare automatic gearbox will make for some very special memories, cruising around town, for even the less experienced drivers in the family.

For sale is beautiful restored MG TD. I purchased it from an older man in Upstate New York in 2001. The prior owner did a “ground up” major restoration with painstaking attention to detail. The wood underneath the car was replaced during restoration. It has 11,261 since the restoration, and only 603 miles since I purchased it in 2001. Except when being driven, the car has been on floor jacks and under a Moss Motors lined car cover I have replaced the front brake pads and I had the Dampers (early MG version of shlock absorbers) rebuilt. The battery was replaced in July of 2015. It has been updated with turn signals. The windshield wipers work but are slow. The side covers are included and there is a tone cover, but it is somewhat showing its age. The transmission shifts without noises. Extras Lucas Driving Lights MG TF AMCo luggage rack Moss Motors”Padded cover MG Midget Workshop Manual The T Type Restoration Handbook.

Beautiful black MGB New metal bumpers, new top,new interior, nice paint with a few blemishes, no rust. Runs well and is fun to drive.I am selling my 1971 MGB. The car has a metal bumper, mostly new interior(new door panels, dash pad, seat covers, new aftermarket wooden steering wheel), decent paint, refurbished spoke wheels. The motor has been checked by a retired british car mechanic and has excellent compression in all 4 cylinders. The previous owner says the motor has been rebuilt, but I have no documentation of this. 1.8L engine. This car runs and drives great. It has a new vinyl top. It is an excellent driver. Call 256-679-6291 for info. Thanks for looking!!

*** You need to check with your state's DMV and make sure you can obtain a title for this vehicle PRIOR to placing a bid. Alabama law does not require titles for vehicles 35+ years old therefore it will come with a bill of sale and the title from the previous owner. *** *** There is a slideshow with more detailed pics at the bottom of the auction. *** 1967 MGB GT. 1st year of North American release. British Racing Green with black interior and optional chrome wire wheels. Manual gearbox. (Checking to see if its OD now. Check back.) Restoration was started but never finished. It will not take much to finish this car. The car is complete and comes with over $1000+ of extra MG parts to complete this car and possibly another you might have. If you are an MG enthusiast or looking for a quick restoration project then this is the car for you. I will consider any serious offer which takes into account the value of the car AND the parts. The body on the car is straight with no dents. There is some rust in the usual places. The bottom of a door, an outer wheel well, a small hole in the bottom of drivers side fender (see the pics). Its not very much and can be repaired pretty quickly. Then its ready for paint. The engine is NOT original. Its an 18V659M engine from an early 70s MG (better performance). But it looks like it will fire up once the breathers are put on and the radiator and gas lines are connected. The interior is all there. The seats and door panels are in OK condition and just need a thorough cleaning. It could use new carpet and a dash pad. The gauges will have to be cleaned up, etc. This car comes with tons of extra MG parts to complete the restoration and possibly another car: Front windshield to replace the cracked one New front and rear windshield weatherstripping Original chrome wire wheel (the spare is on the car now) Another dented wire wheel (unusable) with extra spokes if needed The grille for the car The original bumpers and a spare front bumper All the trim and lights for the car 3 front valances (the light blue one is the one to use) The original breathers The radiator An extra MG engine head (maybe the original?) Extra dual carburetors with intake and breathers An alternator Extra starters An extra cam Water pump Crank pulleys Other misc parts This will be a beautiful car when its restored. I have included some pics of a restored car in the slideshow below. DECODING: VIN: GHD3L120672 = MG BMC B-Series Engine 1.8L MGB GT MK1 1962-67 LHD SN:120672
