i have owned this car for almost 11 years and drove it less than 1000 miles. the car came from florida as you can see on title. the engine is the original 390 2 barrel carb. the engine was rebuilt. interior is in good condition. top is like new and works great. undercarriage is in great condition except trunk floor ( it is getting a little weak but is still all there ) this car still shines and looks good. the paint is starting to bubble in front of the rear tires and bottom of the doors. i have to prime carb. with gas to start car after sitting overnight so i think rebuilding carb. will take care of that. also the brake pedal is stiff like non power brakes. please email me with any questions. thank you for looking

Rear audio and comfort controls, park assist, 6 disc changer, roof rack. >110,000 milesThis van is in excellent condition and has been maintained well. It has ALWAYS been serviced at Donley Ford in Ashland, where it was purchased, or at our Ford dealer in Florida, where it spent every winter until this year. The vehicle will come with full maintenance records, from repairs to routine oil changes that have been performed like clock work. This vehicle does have one known issue -- from time to time (about every 3 months, as of late), the PCM will throw an error that causes the van to operate in a low-power transmission mode (a safety mode to protect the transmission). Ford has had this vehicle in their shop multiple times now, and though they're able to fix the immediate issue each time, they've not been able to find the source, and we need something a little more reliable for our family, and a little more fuel efficient. You will receive full-service records of the issue, always serviced with Ford. This has included replacing the PCM, as well as correcting a cowl seal issue, for which Ford issued a technical service bulletin. This, however, has not prevented the issue. I've just picked up the vehicle from Donley from having the same issue and is running fine. A fuse corrected the issue this time, but they aren't confident they've found the source. It's a great vehicle, but you should know, in the interest of full disclosure. Due to this, however, I'm letting it go FAR below book value. This car is likely in the good-excellent range, but even priced off the "fair" value, this car lists at $3200 book value.

Up for auction is my 1958 Mercury Monterey convertible. I purchased this car from an estate auction over a year ago. The family had owned this car for 30 years plus. The car was restored years ago and was lovingly cared for and stored every since. Since I bought the car, a new battery was installed, a new rear main, new oil pan gasket, new parking brake cable, a new navy blue convertible top and top motor, and also did new seats. The top and upholstery was done by Angie's Upholstery of Upper Sandusky, Ohio. I have spent near $5000.00 to freshen up the Merc and she looks and runs great. We took it on a 175 mile round trip this past weekend and she preformed wonderfully. This car is equipped with it's numbers matching ( Fords largest y block of the time) a 383 cubic inch V8 with push button automatic transmission. It has power steering and self adjusting power brakes, factory cruiser skirts, working am radio, full wheel covers and wide whites. It has a very striking curb appearance.Odometer shows 98,478 miles which we believe to be accurate but true miles can not be verified. All lights, horn, heater, wipers, radio, speedometer, and gauges work as they are supposed to with the exception of the clock, and the gas gauge bounces around a lot.Original glass is still nice and windows roll up and down as they are supposed to. Stainless is excellent and bumpers are of driver quality and still look good. Paint is very nice and slick and shines beautifully and the interior is very striking with the original dash, door panels, convertible boot and newly upholstered seats. This car is a pleasure to drive and cruises very nicely at 75 mph. Nice rockers and trunk floor and floor pans. Bottom of the car is very clean and has been painted flat black and the frame shiny black. The restoration of this car was a frame off. The dash has had a repair about the size of a quarter and there are 2 scratches on the deck lid that have been touched up. This is a super nice and rare Monterey convertible that is turn key and you can start enjoying right now. You could make a show stopper out of it with a little work but she is nice enough to win awards at any of your local car shows. While this is both my hobby and business I get my information from the same sources as most everyone else. I am told that less than 900 of these convertibles were built but have no documentation to support that. NADA states it's value based on average retail of $34,980.00 and high retail of $65670.00. The only thing I have to go buy which is fact is that earlier this year one sold at Mecum and was advertised as 1 of 844 produced. It was yellow and had a continental kit. It was also advertised as needing mechanical maintenance, car has not been driven and fuel system maintenance needed. It sold for $45,000.00 plus buyers premium. You won't need to pay near that for this car and it runs just fine. Until it hit's reserve we are open to good offers and no buyers premium here.
